Carians

The Carians (self-name: Caryu; also called "Blue Avians" by humans) are a non-human species from the fourth planet Caryon in the Carina system (Betelgeuse), originating as Laan colonists from the Man system who genetically mutated by hybridizing with local species to adapt to their hot, damp, tropical environment. They appear as humanoids with bird features — generally blue, feathered bodies with wings and a sharp, angular bird-like facial structure — though they remain mammals with unchanged reproductive functions.

Culture

Despite their great physical mutations, the Caryu have preserved with immense sacredness the culture and principles of their Lyran origin in the Man system. They are wise peace ambassadors for the Galactic Federation of Worlds, of which they are members, though they very rarely leave their planet. They have concluded agreements with their threatening neighbors the Eban and the Grail to protect themselves, and choose to assist Earth's ascension through psychic and etheric contacts rather than physical presence. Caryu use etheric ships and interdimensional travel.

The Carians assist in the opening of consciousness of Terrans regarding their human origins, emulating their own spiritual power, peace, and resolution of conflicts, and promoting education and knowledge — a role they share among Lyran-origin species assisting Earth in its transition.

Role in Terran genetic heritage

According to Elena Danaan, the Carians are among the Lyran-descended species that allegedly participated in seeding and assisting the Terran human lineage. Their specific contribution is described as assisting in "the opening of consciousness of the Terrans regarding their human origins, emulating their spiritual power, peace and resolution in conflicts, promoting also education and knowledge." Although geographically located in the Orion zone — which is dominated by adversarial forces including the Eban and the Alpha Draconian Empire — the Carians' GFW membership and their agreements with neighboring aggressive species have preserved their independence. Michael Salla notes that the Carians represent a rare case of a species that evolved under constant threat from aggressive neighbours yet maintained a peaceful orientation, in part by choosing etheric rather than physical engagement with the wider galaxy.

Relationship to Blue Avians

Elena Danaan distinguishes the Carians from the Blue Avians described by Corey Goode and the Sphere Being Alliance. While acknowledging the existence of the Carians as humanoid blue bird-beings, she notes that "Blue Avian" is an English-language descriptor coined by surface humans and that the Carian race is documented in her contact information — but the Sphere Being Alliance entity described by Goode by the same colloquial name is not directly correlated in her source material: "I know of a race, the Carians, who are humanoid birds. They are blue. These are actually Laan'uits who modified their genetics to breed with a sort of bird species on the planet to be able to get their descendants to live on that planet somewhere."
