The Dorsay — also spelled Dursay or Dursai — are an alleged non-human species from the Cassiopeia constellation with two home planets in the neighboring star systems Ottora and Endelemen-Nyada. Short grey beings with batrachian (frog-like) faces and large dark eyes, they belong to a civilization at least 4 billion years old and are officially members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, Although they no longer wish to participate in any of the ongoing galactic wars, the Dorsay are opportunistic predators whose predatory behavior toward humans creates persistent conflict with the Federation.
Behavior on Earth
Despite their officially pacifist stance, the Dorsay visit Earth for hunting purposes and consume humans along with other alien species; hunting is among their most prized activities. They have visited Earth at least 250 times and are considered dangerous — contact with them is to be avoided.
1908 Tunguska event
The Dorsay are connected to the Tunguska event of 1908. For five days they were engaged in conflict with the Maytra over a shipment of slaves the Dorsay had stolen; the Nagai warned the Maytra that enforcement was incoming, and the Maytra — having already shot down the last Dorsay ship that day — attacked a Pleiadean cargo vessel transporting crystals to Alpha Centauri as it entered Earth's atmosphere, along with an Elmanuk ship that had arrived to mediate, causing the Tunguska explosion.
The conventional scientific account attributes the Tunguska explosion to an asteroid or comet fragment from the Taurid meteor stream, a debris field produced by the disintegration of Comet Encke. Catastrophist researcher Randall Carlson has noted that the Tunguska event of June 30, 1908 coincides with the peak of the Taurid stream and that the incoming object's trajectory was consistent with a stream origin: "when you look at the Tunguska event, it was June 30, peak of the Taurid meteor stream. If you look at its position in the sky where it came from, it was perfectly positioned to be part of that Taurid meteor stream."
Ships
Dorsay craft are flat, discoidal, and metallic white.
Cassiopeia system context
The Dorsay's home region, the Cassiopeia constellation, is also home to at least one other technologically advanced civilization encountered by secret space program personnel. Randy Cramer, a Marine who claims service under the ISMC program including interplanetary travel, identified the Cassiopeian civilization as among the most appealing of the cultures he visited — describing them as socially advanced, with a preference for lower-density urban settlement and notably stronger psionic abilities than the Alpha Centauri civilizations, though slightly less advanced technologically. Whether this civilization is the Dorsay themselves or a distinct Cassiopeian species sharing the constellation has not been established in available contact material. The Russian Alien Races Book, an alleged KGB document compiled between 1946 and 2013, also catalogues the Dorsay as small creatures approximately 0.5 metres tall from Cassiopeia, who eat both aliens and humans and have been at war for 2 billion years — agreeing with the AGFTS account on the Cassiopeian origin, predatory behavior toward humans, and the extreme antiquity of the civilization. The KGB book gives a height of 0.5 m, substantially shorter than the AGFTS maximum of 5.3 feet (1.6 m) (sourced from Thor Han Eredyon), and a 2-billion-year war framing that differs from the AGFTS characterization of the Dorsay as nominally pacifist with a 4-billion-year-old civilization whose predatory hunting behavior conflicts with their official GFW membership.
