Solar Warden

Solar Warden is an alleged classified United States Navy–operated fleet of exotic spacecraft purportedly operational since the early 1980s, reportedly tasked with patrolling and defending the solar system against both foreign terrestrial powers and certain categories of non-human intelligent beings. The program's roots lie in US Navy classified spacecraft design work at Douglas Aircraft from the 1950s onward, carried out by Bill Tompkins. It is one of several alleged secret space programs alongside the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate, the Dark Fleet, and others. The name entered public circulation after Gary McKinnon's 2001–2002 intrusion into NASA and US military computer systems, where he found references to the program — including an Excel spreadsheet titled "Non-Terrestrial Officers" listing names, ranks, and ship designations not corresponding to any known commissioned vessel.

Origins

Solar Warden's origins are attributed to Ronald Reagan's Strategic Defense Initiative, nicknamed "Star Wars," which was designed in part to deter "unauthorized alien threats." Reagan's own diary entry of 11 June 1985 noted a lunch with five top space scientists during which he "learned that our shuttle capacity is such that we could orbit 300 people" — a figure far exceeding the maximum eight-person capacity of any then-operational NASA shuttle.

The first public reference to the Solar Warden codename occurred on 13 March 2006, when an anonymous insider on the Open Minds Forum stated: "We have a space fleet, which is codenamed 'Solar Warden.' There were, as of 2005, eight ships, an equivalent to aircraft carriers and forty-three 'protectors,' which are similar to fighters." Corey Goode further characterised Solar Warden as "established early and is the most aging fleet (though it has gone through many upgrades over the decades)," operating "a R&D/Scientific focused fleet, and a Military Offensive/Defensive focused fleet that is mainly focused on policing the Solar System and surrounding Star Clusters and keeping track of 'Intruders' and 'Visitors.'" Michael Salla characterised the program as "indeed a heavily Navy program in the beginning, with Air Force involvement later on. Even though most of the 'Rank and File' came from within the MILAB Recruiting Systems, the 'Brass' were connected to the Military (some very much Constitutional supporters and believers in their 'Oaths')." A second independent source — physicist "Henry Deacon" at Lawrence Livermore Laboratory — confirmed the codename when researchers sent him the words "SOLAR" and "WARDEN" separately without context; he replied with three emails: "MARS," "ALTERNATIVE," and a URL for the public list of US Navy aircraft carriers with the subject line "Not listed here" — confirming Solar Warden as "an alternative fleet consisting of aircraft carrier-sized vessels — but not the kind that floated on water."

According to Thor Han Eredyon of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, Solar Warden was seeded and equipped by the GFW through a program of exotic technology transfer: "We gave them the technology. We gave them facilities on board our ships with all the devices necessary for the training." The GFW's rationale was building up a human-controlled force capable of eventually managing solar system security independently.

The McKinnon intrusion

Gary McKinnon, a Scottish systems administrator and UFO enthusiast, accessed US Department of Defense computers between February 2001 and March 2002 and found the "Non-Terrestrial Officers" spreadsheet — containing names, ranks, and ship designations matching no known commissioned naval vessel — alongside documents referencing fleet-to-fleet transfers under Solar Warden. US prosecutors sought to try McKinnon on 97 counts of computer data breaches; his attorney's ability to subpoena government witnesses to testify about the Naval space fleet under oath was among the reasons legal observers believed the US ultimately did not press for extradition. In 2012, then-UK Home Secretary Theresa May blocked extradition on human rights grounds, citing McKinnon's Asperger syndrome and risk of self-harm. Documentary filmmaker James Fox highlighted McKinnon's case on The Joe Rogan Experience in 2024, describing him as "a rock star in the UFO community" who "took it upon himself to find out if the government had proof of alien visitation — and he spent a couple of years hacking systems and he found pay dirt." The Alien Reproduction Vehicle documentary (UAP Gerb, 2024) likewise places McKinnon alongside Edgar Fouche as a corroborating source for the program's existence.

Solar Warden allegedly consists of approximately eight cigar-shaped mother ships, each reportedly longer than two football fields end to end, and forty-three scout ships, purportedly operating under the US Naval Network and Space Operations Command. Some carrier craft are in the range of a mile long, navigated through mind-technology interface rather than manual controls — "there is no way to compensate for the extreme speeds and changes of direction with eye-hand coordination."

Named vessels include:

A medical handbook aboard the Nautilus listed 54 ET species divided into four categories: friendly, neutral, unpredictable, and dangerous.

Operational mandate

Solar Warden's stated mission is allegedly patrol and defense of the heliosphere — purportedly monitoring all traffic entering and leaving the solar system and enforcing an Earth-side perimeter against both unauthorized terrestrial space activity and categories of extraterrestrial visitors determined to be threats. The programme reportedly received contributions from Canada, the United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Russia, and Australia, with operations allegedly tested and conducted from secret military bases including Area 51. According to Jean-Charles Moyen, missions included "secret rescue missions on Ceres, Mars, Alpha Draconis, and Delta Draconis" to free human and alien captives from Draco slavery.[citation needed] Solar Warden personnel also allegedly engaged the Zeta Reticuli (Grays) at purported slave facilities on Phobos and Deimos prior to the 2021 Galactic Federation of Worlds intervention.

Personnel and recruitment

Personnel were allegedly recruited through multiple pathways. The primary documented pathway reportedly involves MILAB childhood identification and induction into supersoldier programs — children as young as six or eight purportedly assessed for psionic ability, intelligence, and psychological profile, then allegedly enrolled into preparatory programs feeding into secret space program recruitment at military induction age. Direct extraterrestrial recruitment has also been reported: Daryl James, a US Navy veteran stationed at RAF St. Mawgan, Cornwall, claims he was recruited in 2004 by two Taygetan beings who contacted him on base. He describes subsequently spending approximately 2 years in the *Nimitz'*s Taygetan sections and 15 years on the Taygetan home world, where society is described as polygamous with a 30:1 female-to-male ratio. Jean-Charles Moyen began service in 1981 at age eight, suggesting the French component of Solar Warden fed from a dedicated childhood assessment pipeline parallel to the US MILAB system. Chris O'Connor tentatively identifies his first 20-year term (1970–1990) as Solar Warden service, during which he recalls security work in desert facilities in California, work with children being trained, and consciousness transfer operations in small white medical rooms. According to Cramer, officer training took place at the Lunar Operations Command over approximately seven to eight months, covering helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, jets, and alien reproduction vehicle anti-gravity craft, reportedly utilizing antigravity propulsion systems.

Relationship to other SSPs

Solar Warden allegedly operated alongside — and sometimes in tension with — other secret space program factions. The ICC, the Dark Fleet, and the mercenary group Kruger reportedly all conducted contract work within overlapping jurisdictions, allegedly trading with over 900 extraterrestrial civilizations through the galactic slave trade. George Kavassilas describes his alleged SSP unit as conducting "a genuine Star Trek-style journey" under Naval command with three admirals.

Integration with Earth Alliance

By the time of the Jupiter Agreements (2021), Solar Warden had reportedly been formally integrated into the multinational Earth Alliance space command, following the alleged GFW intervention in the Solar System. The GFW stated it had started with the US Navy as the founding organization, then brought in additional national partners: "We started with the military organization named U.S. Navy. Then other organizations joined — other countries as well. It is a multi-country organization."

Kavassilas identifies a group of three "Jedi Admirals" as returning Solar Warden command-level officers who were sent on a long exploratory voyage — analogous to the interstellar object 3I/Atlas appearing in the outer solar system — and have returned after approximately twenty years with accumulated wisdom from galactic contacts. He states these admirals are now "running the show" behind the scenes in cooperation with Earth Alliance leadership including Donald Trump and Elon Musk.

In December 2019, President Donald Trump signed legislation creating the United States Space Force as the sixth branch of the armed forces — a move characterized by some researchers as a possible public acknowledgement of Solar Warden's existence.

Observational evidence

Amateur British astronomer John Leonard Wilson developed a method of multi-spectrum imaging — combining infrared, night vision, thermal, and ultraviolet imaging through luminance layering — and captured footage of anomalous craft in the 2000s that proponents identify as Solar Warden vehicles; he subsequently received visits from military helicopters flying low over his home.
