The identification of space ark crews is an alleged ongoing effort by Earth Alliance military intelligence and allied non-human intelligent beings to use past-life memory retrieval — through technological extraction, spontaneous recall, soul travel during sleep, and quantum hypnosis — to locate the present-day reincarnations of the star seeds who reportedly hold the DNA key codes required to activate the long-dormant space arks. The arks are alleged to be DNA- and frequency-responsive technologies that activate only for beings whose biological and consciousness signature matches that of original crew members — a signature reportedly preserved across reincarnations. According to U.S. Army insider JP, each ark can only be fully activated by all members of its original crew working together, since different crew members hold activation keys to different stations aboard the vessel.

The phenomenon has been described principally by JP in May 2023 conversations with Michael Salla, with corroborating accounts from Jean-Charles Moyen (October 2025) and from Elena Danaan, whose A Gift from the Stars (2020) provides the cosmological framework of soul-matrix continuity that allegedly underlies the phenomenon. Alex Collier additionally described the phenomenon, in March 2022, as a sleep-state out-of-body process operating in parallel with the technological program.

Technological extraction

JP described undergoing a scanning procedure at a classified military base after returning from a mission to retrieve an ET artifact. Approximately 30 individuals were placed simultaneously in separate sealed titanium-walled cubicles, each fitted with a recliner seat with a metal head-plate that made contact with the skull, with wire patches connecting to monitoring computers in a server room above. A central column filled with a luminescent mercury-like liquid — moving in aurora-like patterns — reportedly served as the energy source connecting all the booths.

The device reportedly induces a deep trance during which the subject's past lives are displayed on monitoring screens in inverted-color imagery visible to the supervising scientists. According to JP, the biological mechanism is that both blood and brain patterns carry encoded ancestral and past-life information recoverable by sufficiently advanced technology — a process JP compared to quantum computing. JP further alleged that the same technology is used by some extraterrestrial races for inter-life and cross-dimensional communication.

Spontaneous recall and dreams

JP described past-life memory intrusion as a normal feature of reincarnation: the sense of strangeness or disorientation in certain dreams may indicate the bleed-through of a memory from a prior incarnation onto the current life's perception of reality. Moyen reported that as a child of seven he was physically teleported to the interior of the Mount Fuji ark, where he encountered an entity named Uyou who identified herself as the ark's guardian — an episode he interpreted retrospectively as the ark recognizing his frequency from a prior incarnation.

Soul travel during sleep

In a March 2022 roundtable with Elena Danaan and Michael Salla, Alex Collier described an additional non-technological mechanism by which crew members are reportedly being reassembled: many people, he claimed, were "having out of body experiences, soul traveling — when their physical bodies are asleep and they're going to these ships, to these arcs, and the crews are re-engaging with each other after this long period of having been asleep or separated." Collier framed this as instruction and education taking place "on a soul level" — a parallel mechanism, in his framing, to the technologically mediated recall described by JP and to the physical teleportation reported by Moyen.

Quantum hypnosis

Elena Danaan reports having confirmed her own past-life identity through quantum hypnosis sessions, locating her soul-matrix in the Pleiades and her physical body in stasis "in a pod on planet Erra, waiting to be re-integrated when my mission is accomplished in this actual Terran avatar." Moyen, who has likewise undergone QHHT regression, reported recovering memories of having been an entity named Luca from the planet Ultima — and of feudal-Japan and other intermediate incarnations preserving the same soul-frequency that purportedly enabled later ark recognition.

When connected to the extraction device, JP reportedly entered a trance in which he found himself on a planet of exceptional natural beauty — one with valleys and grasslands and a city rising from the ocean, its upper portion visible above the surface while the lower portions were submerged. He described the planet as having a dense, metallic moon with gravitational pull stronger than Earth's Moon, causing amplified tidal waves; the resident civilization had developed architectural technology capable of withstanding the resulting gravitational stresses. Moyen's recovered memory of the planet Ultima — and his prior identity as the entity Luca — represents an analogous off-world recall.

Companions in past incarnations

In JP's vision he saw a brown-haired woman in white calling him toward her across the landscape, though he could not see his own body when he tried to look at his hands. JP subsequently contacted Elena Danaan, described the planet, and offered her three hair-color options — blonde, redhead, or brown; Danaan reportedly selected brown and said she had a past-life memory of the same planet, that one of her prior incarnations had been there. Danaan is reported to have responded emotionally on hearing the description and stated that she felt deep recognition.

Intermediate incarnations

Moyen reports that in 2022, on his return as an adult to the Mount Fuji ark, the guardian Uyou called him by the name "Hoshi" — the name of a past-life incarnation in feudal Japan around the 12th century — and introduced him to a portal connecting Mount Fuji to the ark beneath Maunakea in Hawaii. The two arks were reportedly distinguishable by their interior inscription systems: Mount Fuji's writings resembled glyphs blending Greek-style and older scripts, while Maunakea's portal was oriented horizontally on the ceiling rather than vertically. Moyen attributes the recognition to soul-continuity preserved across multiple bodies, with abilities — alleged teleportation, telepathy, and telekinesis — carried forward into the current incarnation. He further attributes this to having participated in the original missions that deposited the arks on Earth in prior incarnations, creating an enduring resonance between his soul's frequency and the arks' living intelligence.

Identification of crew members

DNA and frequency recognition

JP explained that the space arks are reported to activate in response to individuals whose DNA and bio-energetic signature the arks recognize from prior interactions — including interactions that took place in other lifetimes. Different sections of each ark allegedly respond only to specific individuals, meaning that the full operational capability of an ark would require the simultaneous presence of all original crew members or their current incarnations. Moyen offered a parallel account, attributing the Mount Fuji ark's response to him to its recognition of the same soul-frequency it had encountered when "in the front is Luka" — that is, when his consciousness had previously inhabited a different body.

Intelligence operation

The selection of JP's particular memory — out of all possible past-life data — was reportedly deliberate: those overseeing the monitoring session were attempting to gather intelligence on the connections between JP, Danaan, and others in their circle, with the aim of identifying members of a past-life group whose current incarnations were operating in proximity to space ark disclosure. The past-life memory extraction program is described as an intelligence effort aimed at mapping these cross-witness connections so that the current incarnations of original ark crew members can be brought together at a single ark.

Star groups and shared incarnation

The phenomenon represents what JP and Michael Salla described as an unrecognized dimension of star seed theory: rather than starseeds arriving on Earth individually with individual missions, the scenario described posits groups of beings who allegedly incarnated together from another world, with a collective mission that includes activation of the space arks. Moyen's recall of having been part of the ark's crew in a prior incarnation as Luca, Danaan's recognition of the same off-world locale described independently by JP, and JP's own arrival at the device with no prior knowledge of the planet he saw — together convey, in the witnesses' framing, a coordinated re-incarnation rather than a series of unrelated soul journeys.

Soul-matrix continuity

A Gift from the Stars provides the cosmological framework that JP's testimony presupposes: reincarnation operates at the level of planetary soul-matrices rather than individual bodies. Danaan writes: "We usually reincarnate within the same planetary multi-layered orb / soul-matrix, but for peculiar reasons, such as those called starseeds do, we can pick momentarily another planetary orb, and incarnate there as many times as necessary." Through quantum hypnosis Danaan reports having confirmed that her own soul-matrix is in the Pleiades and that her physical body is "kept in stasis on Erra, waiting to be re-integrated." Within this framework, ark crew members originally incarnated on a specific world carry that world's frequency signature, which the arks — built to that civilization's biological specifications — would recognize regardless of the species of body the soul currently inhabits.

Consciousness of the ark

At a 2024 roundtable in Valence, France, Elena Danaan clarified the mechanism by which arks recognize and respond to crew members. She explained that arks built by the Seeders contain real plasma consciousness rather than conventional artificial intelligence — living beings who agreed to have their consciousness embedded in the ship's structure, making the ship itself a living entity. Crew recognition therefore operates not only through DNA but through consciousness frequency: the ark recognizes the same soul regardless of which physical body it currently inhabits. Danaan also noted that for such a consciousness transfer to work, the host — whether a crystal or temporarily a human body — must carry a DNA type compatible with the consciousness's frequency, consistent with the genetic basis described by JP for crew-member identification.

At the same roundtable, JP described the emotional properties of the Atlantic Space Ark's crystal jewel when held: touching it allegedly caused a mixture of sadness, happiness, and feelings he had never experienced — which he interpreted as the ark transmitting its accumulated emotional memory of past civilizations. Danaan commented that arks of the Seeders embed real plasma consciousness into crystals rather than conventional artificial intelligence, meaning the crystal jewel was a living consciousness that animated the entire ship — and that removing it rendered the ark inoperable regardless of the presence of correct DNA holders. The Nordics who reportedly transported the jewel were identified as the original Atlantean colonists — descendants of Seeder races who had settled what became Atlantis — and were said to be emotional during the return of the jewel because they were reuniting with the consciousness of a ship their own civilization had built.

JP stated that once this technology becomes available to the public it will be released alongside healing technologies capable of extending human lifespan.
