Military abduction

A military abduction (MILAB) is an alleged event in which a person who has previously experienced contact with extraterrestrial entities is subsequently seized by covert human personnel — drawn from classified military and intelligence programs — for interrogation, testing, and medical examination, typically at deep underground military bases. The term is also rendered as "covert human involvement" or "covert human agency involvement" by researchers who prefer to distinguish the activity from surface-level military operations. The term itself was coined by Austrian researcher Helmut Lammer and popularized by Melinda Leslie and James Bartley.

Institutional context

MILAB operations are reported to be located within the broader architecture of shadow government UFO secrecy — specifically within USAPs also alleged to conduct craft recovery and reverse-engineering, on the basis that both activities involve the same classified personnel and command structures. According to former AFOSI agent Richard Doty, the U.S. government has conducted operations of a different but related class — entirely fabricated staged "alien" abduction events, in which both the apparent extraterrestrial and the encounter were manufactured rather than real — distinct from a MILAB, which presupposes a prior genuine ET encounter.

Operational pattern

Covert human involvement in abduction cases typically follows an escalating pattern. Initial contact takes the form of surveillance, harassment, phone and computer monitoring, and black helicopter overflights, during which covert actors assess whether the abductee constitutes a person of significant intelligence interest. If the subject is flagged, the case allegedly escalates to physical abduction by unmarked vehicle to DUMB facilities, where the subject undergoes psychokinesis testing, medical examination, and structured interrogation about ET technology they have observed or operated. Memory-suppression drugs — typically a liquid compound administered in a small cup, sometimes described as tasting of bubble gum or mint — are reportedly given to subjects before they are returned, though partial recall frequently persists.

Target selection

The apparent objective of the covert programs is to extract intelligence about ET craft design and propulsion — described as a mental-interface technology — that even partial official agreements with ET entities have not fully supplied. Subjects are most likely to be escalated if they have had hands-on interaction with ET craft, been exposed to ET mathematical or linguistic data, or demonstrated psychic or psychokinetic ability. Individuals identified as high-vibrational — healers, spiritual leaders, and advanced children — are allegedly tracked from before birth using looking glass and remote viewing technologies.

ET-human collaboration

Grey alien entities have been reported present at some MILAB facilities alongside military and plainclothes personnel, suggesting a collaborative but tentative relationship between certain ET groups and the covert programs involved. In so-called "mass MILAB" events, large numbers of abductees — in one reported case, approximately 100 — have been gathered simultaneously in a single facility for brainwave monitoring, with tall "elder" non-human entities present in the same room as human personnel.

Connection to secret space programs

MILAB operations are reportedly embedded within the broader SSP architecture. Subjects of the Montauk Project — described as an early MILAB-type program at Camp Hero — were allegedly integrated back into civilian life after 1983 with no public disclosure of their service, consistent with the blank slate protocols described in other SSP testimony. Historian Len Kasten documents that abductees have reportedly been trained as supersoldiers, exposed to classified technology, and used "to advance the alien agenda in the United States and on the Moon and Mars."
