Earth Alliance

The Earth Alliance is a multinational human military coalition — "the collaboration that gathers the White Hats Earth military and the forces of the Galactic Federation of Worlds" working to liberate Earth and the solar system from the Deep State, the Dark Fleet, and the Draconian Reptilian Empire. Per Thor Han Eredyon, the principal military members are the US Air Force Space Command, Russia, Italy, Austria, Japan, France, and the UK — with Germany declining to participate — coordinating under U.S. Space Command leadership. Its space fleet component is Solar Warden, which began the coalition and was later joined by forces from additional nations. The Alliance comprises multiple loosely affiliated factions — including BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) attempting to break free from what Corey Goode termed the "Babylonian Money Magic System" — alongside White Hats in the military-industrial establishments of the US and major allied nations, and is explicitly distinguished from the Cabal/Illuminati, which controls the ICC and Dark Fleet programs. By contrast with the Alliance's white-hat efforts, the 1996–97 release of the Alien interview video is read by Steven Greer and others not as genuine disclosure but as an internal maneuver by a pro-disclosure faction of the Cabal itself — one leveraging the threat of disclosure to bargain over the closely held ICC exotic-technology trade rather than to end secrecy, to which the anti-disclosure majority responded with skeptical debunking of the footage.[citation needed]

Origins and formation

The Earth Alliance grew out of the U.S. Navy's earliest agreements with the GFW, with Val Thor's arrival at the Pentagon in 1957 serving as an early catalyst. A white-hat element within the military-industrial establishment maintained a positive relationship with benevolent races since at least the 1954 Eisenhower meetings: "There was always this white hat element that clung to the ideas — okay, we have to figure out a way to undo this or we're all screwed. And so that's been going on in the background the whole time."

The GFW formally created the Earth Alliance approximately three to four years before its 2021 intervention, specifically to fight Reptilian and Grey forces in the underground bases and tunnel networks beneath Earth's surface, which Terran militaries were unable to engage alone. As Elena Danaan explained: "That's when the Galactic Federation decided to make this alliance and break a little bit of the law of non-intervention, because that was really necessary to help to assist fighting these beings underground." The GFW provided the Earth Alliance with technology, training facilities aboard Pleiadian ships, and enhancement technology for soldiers, initially centered on Solar Warden: "We gave them the technology. We gave them facilities on board our ships with all the devices necessary for the training. We have been working with Solar Warden. We started with the military organization named U.S. Navy. Then other organizations joined — other countries as well."

The sequence of operations proceeded from underground DUMBs on Earth, to the Moon, then Mars, with each phase building on the security achieved in the previous one. By 2015, Corey Goode warned that the Cabal-Illuminati had succeeded in infiltrating portions of the Earth Alliance, with BRICS members actively working to isolate the compromised sectors.

In mid-2021, per Megan Rose's source Val Nek, the Earth Alliance completed its "first mission to Ganymede" and fourteen spacefaring nations agreed to work together under US Space Command, forming "a multinational space Alliance similar to Starfleet as depicted in the iconic TV series Star Trek." At the Jupiter Accords meetings, the Earth Alliance was federated under a new name — "not at liberty to disclose" — chosen at a meeting with the Intergalactic Confederation. The Alliance was assigned management of the Ganymede hub as positive ET groups transferred control to humanity: "The Earth Alliance will take over the management of the hub."

Alex Collier described the Alliance's operational strategy as a long-prepared "chess move" — a single decisive action for which white-hat military personnel and benevolent ET groups had positioned themselves across decades: "One strategic move would take down everything that they had done. And they were planning for this moment... Where everything that they built, the entire matrix, is now collapsing because of a very specific strategic move that the white hats, with the help of benevolence, were waiting for."

Coercive secret space programs under Earth Alliance auspices were wound down by 2022: "The programs of space combat have been terminated in the Earth Alliance. No one is taken in these programs against their free will." Programs operated by "dark military related to the deep state" continued separately.

October 2021: Intergalactic Confederation arrival

In October 2021, the Intergalactic Confederation — a group of benevolent extraterrestrials regarded as the "Seeders" of humanity — arrived in the solar system and established a presence on Ganymede, Jupiter's largest moon, to evaluate the results of the GFW's liberation campaign and coordinate the next phase of Earth's transition. Per Thor Han Eredyon's communications relayed through Elena Danaan, the visitors' ships were "stationed around Jupiter for a while" with "high officials staying at the Council of Fire facility on the moon Ganymede. They come to evaluate the result of our common work regarding the dismantle of the Dark Alliance and collaborate together with the Galactic Federation of Worlds, a course of action for the next step." The Earth Alliance simultaneously dispatched a large space convoy — assembled at the Moon — to Ganymede to inaugurate collaboration with the newly arrived visitors. JP, reporting in September 2021, described an "armada" of large ships heading to Ganymede and that personnel were "transporting a shit load of stuff. There's massive structures there. Massive."

Structure and membership

Six-nation council

Michael Salla, drawing on Elena Danaan's reporting and on his own book Galactic Federations, Councils, and Secret Space Programs, described an agreement reached at the above-Jupiter meeting whereby "a council of six major spacefaring nations" would be jointly responsible for the solar system — the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Japan (United States, France, Russia, China, United Kingdom, and Japan) — working in concert with the Galactic Federation of Worlds, the Andromedan Council, and the Seeder races, with U.S. Space Command in charge of coordinating all participating nations. As evidence Salla cited JP's reports of US Space Command working jointly with China, Russia, France, and others on missions to space arcs to explore ancient artifacts across the solar system.

China's refusal

China declined to join the Earth Alliance space coalition, opting instead to attempt an independent space program. Thor Han assessed this as a strategic miscalculation: "They want to build their own force in space. This is not acceptable. They will fail because they do not have any support from any organization of the Galactic Alliance. We are working by diplomatic actions to influence them to not do this because it will cause economic failures to their country on Terra."

Artemis Accords

The public Artemis Accords (2020) are treated in this account as the Earth Alliance's declassified outer layer. By December 2025, 60 nations had signed the bilateral Artemis Accords with NASA, forming a hub-and-spoke civilian space cooperation architecture that Jared Isaacman — appointed NASA administrator under the second Trump administration — described as a framework the world needs. By April 2024, all major spacefaring nations apart from Russia and China had joined — at that point 39 signatory nations, with Slovenia the most recent — which Salla viewed as cementing U.S. leadership in space for decades and as the civilian infrastructure for a future Star Trek-style multinational alliance aligned with the GFW program; a 2019 workshop at Peterson Air Force Base had explicitly identified a "Star Trek future" as the optimal 40-year goal for the then-U.S. Air Force Space Command, predecessor to U.S. Space Force.

Post-2021 operations

Ganymede Hub and galactic commerce

Following the Jupiter Agreements, Thor Han described the construction of a large space station in the outermost stable orbit of Jupiter — termed "the Hub" — to serve as a trade and diplomatic facility for the increased number of galactic visitors entering the solar system after its liberation. Thor Han clarified that the Galactic Command facility already present on Jupiter "is not made to receive traders; it is a military facility." The Hub, initiated by the Intergalactic Confederation, would be where all galactic organizations were represented, with the Earth Alliance receiving taxes from incoming traders: "this solar system belongs to Terra, the highest evolved civilization in the system. So Terra will manage the hub and get the taxes." Two Earth corporations provided construction materials, and the Hub was designed to handle multiple densities and gravitational forces — requiring materials from other solar systems rather than solely terrestrial ones.

Saturn sovereignty handover

Chris O'Connor describes participating in a conference on the Saturn diplomatic station at which sovereignty over Saturn and its rings was formally transferred from the Anak — believed by O'Connor to be Enki — to the Earth Alliance. This event is independently discussed by Elena Danaan and Alex Collier from Pleiadian and Andromedan sources respectively.

Independence and limits

Per Corey Goode, passive reliance on the Earth Alliance repeats humanity's pattern: "All of that information I got from really top people is that this is not humanity breaking our horrible cycle of looking up to the sky for other beings to come and save us."

Andromedan Council prophecy

Elena Danaan cited a prophecy from the Andromedan Council as the foundational reason the Galactic Federation of Worlds became involved with Earth's liberation: "There was this prophecy from the Andromedan Council that brought the Galactic Federation to our solar system, that said there is the seed of a very evil galactic tyranny that is going to start on Earth, its moon, and Mars. The moon is done, Earth is being sorted, and Mars, it has started."
