Fiber-optic coil propulsion

Fiber-optic coil propulsion is an alleged exotic propulsion principle described by Charles Hall and attributed to the scout craft of the Tall Whites. The craft are reportedly driven by ceramic fiber-optic coils wound from aluminum and silicon-dioxide fibers; powering the coils up or down controls and propels the vehicle. The technology was said to be capable of exceeding the speed of light many times over, though operators reportedly kept it below about one per cent of light-speed for safety. No mainstream verification exists.
