The list of alleged controlled disclosure agents catalogues individuals who have been described — by exopolitics researchers, whistleblowers, or other claimants — as authorised, encouraged, or permitted by government, military, or intelligence entities to release specific information about non-human intelligent beings, UFO phenomena, or secret space programs into the public domain as part of a controlled disclosure strategy.
Inclusion on this list does not imply that the individual is a knowing or willing participant in a disclosure strategy; in several cases the individual's role is debated. The list reflects claims made about these individuals, not established facts.
