South African UFO crash retrieval

South African UFO crash retrieval is the alleged recovery of a non-human craft and its occupants by the South African military, its most prominent case being the Kalahari incident of 7 May 1989. According to documents received by the British researcher Tony Dodd from the source James van Greunen, South African Air Force Mirage fighters shot down an unidentified craft over the Kalahari Desert near the Botswana border, after which the wreckage and its surviving occupants were recovered; the supporting documents were partly forged, though Dodd's intelligence contacts reportedly affirmed the underlying event.
