The Dark Alliance is a term used by the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW) to designate the tripartite coalition of hostile forces operating in Earth's Solar System prior to the 2021 liberation campaign. The three constituent factions were the Nebu (the Orion Grey hive collective), the Draco reptilians (Alpha Draconis Reptilian Empire), and the Dark Fleet (a human breakaway military force allied with the former two). The GFW treated any entity cooperating with or protecting any member of the Dark Alliance as a legitimate military target during the 2021 operations.

Composition

Nebu

Main article:

Nebu

The Nebu — the Orion Grey hive collective — constituted the intelligence and abduction arm of the Dark Alliance. Operating from their headquarters in the Orion Nebula (M42) and logistics base at the Rigel system, the Nebu ran human abduction programmes, maintained a frequency-broadcasting machine on the Moon designed to suppress human consciousness, and operated the processing facility inside Phobos where Earth abductees were chipped, sorted, and dispatched to Mars or other destinations. The Nebu also controlled facilities on Saturn.

Draco reptilians

Draco reptilians

The Alpha Draconian Empire provided the primary military muscle of the Dark Alliance. As the largest and most powerful reptilian empire in the galaxy, the Draco reptilians operated ground forces, warships, and colonisation infrastructure across the Solar System. Their presence on Mars was substantial — facilities jointly held with the Dark Fleet formed the backbone of off-world human exploitation, and their expulsion required both GFW orbital raids and coordinated Martian resistance ground operations. The Draco reptilians also operated in Antarctica alongside the Dark Fleet.

Dark Fleet

Main article:

Dark Fleet

The Dark Fleet (German: Nachtwaffen) was the human component of the Dark Alliance — a German-origin breakaway civilization with roots in the Vril Society and SS, which had expanded into a space-faring military force through its pact with the Draco reptilians. The Dark Fleet contributed human personnel, manufacturing capacity (particularly from Antarctica), and operated installations on the Moon, Mars, Ceres, and Saturn. Its Antarctic bases served as a transit hub for human trafficking — slave laborers were concentrated there before being moved to the Moon and onward to Mars.

Associated entities

Taal-Shiar

The Taal-Shiar, a renegade Pleiadian (Taali) faction based in the Alcyone system, were allied with the Ashtar and Altair Collectives and with Orion malevolent groups, making them collaborators with the broader Dark Alliance network.

Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate

The Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) worked closely with the Dark Fleet, sharing facilities on Mars and providing corporate manufacturing and logistical support. The ICC was "strongly based on Mars" and took losses as GFW and Martian resistance operations hammered those facilities in 2021. The ICC was excluded from the Jupiter Accords that established the post-liberation governance framework for the Solar System.

Territories

At their peak, the Dark Alliance collectively held or operated within the following Solar System locations:

Location Primary faction(s) Notes
Antarctica Dark Fleet, Draco reptilians Underground bases; South Pole portal; human trafficking transit hub[7]
Moon Nebu, Dark Fleet Joint trapezoid-shaped base; Grey frequency-broadcasting machine[12]
Mars Draco reptilians, Dark Fleet, ICC Underground facilities; joint reptilian-human operations; ICC corporate bases[6]
Phobos Nebu Hollowed-out moon; abductee sorting and processing center[3]
Ceres Nebu, Dark Fleet Shared facility with civilian population; logistics hub[13]
Saturn Nebu, Dark Fleet Major Nebu stronghold with Dark Fleet involvement[4]

Defeat (2021)

The GFW launched coordinated operations against the Dark Alliance beginning circa 2017, with major combat operations commencing in early 2021. The broader context was the GFW's "Storm" operation — a large-scale intervention aimed at dismantling the Cabal and its extraterrestrial backers: "In the second decade of the twenty-first century, a vast operation was created to proceed to a large-scale cleansing named: 'The Storm'. The purpose was to exterminate the Cabal and liberate the Terran species."

The campaign proceeded location by location: the Earth Alliance expelled the Dark Fleet from Antarctica; the GFW and Earth Alliance cleared the Moon; GFW orbital raids combined with the Martian resistance assaulted Mars from above and below; Phobos was liberated on July 24, 2021, after all abductees were extracted; and Ceres and Saturn were identified as remaining targets. By July 2021, the Jupiter Accords established a new governance framework for the Solar System from which all Dark Alliance entities — and the ICC — were excluded.

Relationship to the Alliance of the Six

The Dark Alliance is operationally distinct from but overlapping with the Alliance of the Six, the older coalition of six adversarial extraterrestrial species (Nebu, Draco reptilians, Kiily-Tokurt, Maytre, Solipsirai, and Xrog) described in A Gift from the Stars. The Dark Alliance specifically designates the Solar System theatre coalition that included the human Dark Fleet component — an entity with no counterpart in the purely extraterrestrial Alliance of the Six.
