John DeSouza is a former FBI Special Agent who served for 25 years from 1988 to 2013, specializing in counterterrorism and paranormal investigations. He held a law degree and a top secret security clearance. Many of his early cases were drawn upon by the creators of the television series The X-Files. He is the author of The Extra Dimensional.
Biography
FBI career
DeSouza joined the FBI in 1988, drawn by his investigation into the 1986 FBI Miami shootout, in which two armed robbers — Michael Platt and William Matix — incapacitated an entire squad of FBI agents after sustaining fatal gunshot wounds. The investigation led to the conclusion that the shooters had invoked Norse spiritual entities; the FBI brass found this unwelcome but he graduated from the FBI Academy and was subsequently assigned a heavy caseload of paranormal investigations.
During his career, DeSouza held the control file for FBI Memorandum 6751 — a classified July 1947 FBI document describing an alien informant's statements about the nature of UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors. He also examined FBI vault documents relating to Nikola Tesla's papers and the Hottel Memorandum.
DeSouza retired in 2013, which he states coincided with the appointment of James Comey as FBI Director. Comey attempted to have him fired in the final 60 days before his retirement. The experience is recounted in the documentary A Thousand Pieces.

Views on UFOs and the paranormal
A false flag alien invasion is being prepared by a globalist deep state cabal (see False flag alien invasion (DeSouza) and Project Blue Beam). FBI Memorandum 6751 provides evidence that UFOs are interdimensional rather than physical craft, and contends the Hottel Memorandum was a bureaucratic power play rather than genuine interest in extraterrestrials. John G. Trump retained and developed Nikola Tesla's classified work; encounters with Men in Black have also occurred. In a 2025 interview, DeSouza elaborated on the interdimensional nature of alien visitors, citing FBI Memorandum 6751 as stating that "aliens are not physical, that UFOs also are made of plasma. They're made of plasma. Radiant energy" — and characterized the Roswell narrative as a deliberate disinformation operation designed to establish the false premise that alien beings are physical in the same manner as humans.
Predictions
The Moon will "open up" and release a mechanical AI that will make announcements to humanity. Stargate portals in megalithic structures will activate as teleportation jump pads, and that entire towns will be abducted by extraterrestrials, with the events concealed under cover of natural disasters.
