Mind control
Mind control refers to the alleged use of chemical, electronic, psychological, occult, and non-human techniques to override an individual's free will and direct their thoughts, emotions, and behaviour without conscious awareness. Documented CIA programs including MK-Ultra (1953-1973), Project Artichoke, and Operation Bluebird established that government agencies pursued mind control as an operational capability using LSD, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, and electroconvulsive therapy. In conspiracy theory and exopolitics research, mind control extends beyond documented government programmes to encompass trauma-based mind control, mass media manipulation, electromagnetic frequency weapons, Archontic interdimensional interference, and alleged extraterrestrial implant technology.
Documented CIA programs
Project Bluebird and Project Artichoke
Project Bluebird (1950-1951) was the CIA's first formal programme investigating hypnosis and drugs for interrogation and resistance purposes. It was redesignated Project Artichoke (1951-1953), which escalated to include LSD, heroin, and morphine experimentation and evaluated whether subjects could be induced to perform involuntary acts under hypnotic suggestion.
MK-Ultra

MK-Ultra (1953-1973), under Sidney Gottlieb, expanded to at least 149 documented subprojects spanning universities, hospitals, prisons, and front organisations. Methods included LSD administration to unwitting subjects, sensory deprivation, electroconvulsive therapy, and Ewen Cameron's "psychic driving" experiments at McGill University.
Military-occult intersection
Lt. Col. Michael Aquino, a U.S. Army psychological operations specialist and founder of the Temple of Set, co-authored with Colonel Paul Vallely the 1980 paper "From PSYOP to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory," which proposed replacing conventional psychological operations with a total-information-environment strategy using television, radio, and electromagnetic phenomena — including ELF (extremely low frequency) waves — to alter the mental state of target populations. Aquino's simultaneous roles as a senior military intelligence officer and high priest of a Satanic organisation — investigated in connection with child abuse at the Presidio — exemplify the alleged convergence of military mind control research and occult practice.
Archontic mind control
Len Kasten, in Dark Fleet: The Secret Nazi Space Program and the Battle for the Solar System (2020), describes a planetary-scale mind control system operated by Archons — interdimensional entities allied with the Reptilians — that functions by modifying the Planetary Logos, the original blueprint governing the Earth's planetary body at the seventh-dimensional level. The Archontic system operates through what Kasten describes as the "Armageddon Software" — a suite of applications programmed into the planetary brain that creates artificially generated false timelines, consciousness traps, and self-enforced enslavement through institutions such as the Church of Rome and other forms of patriarchal religion.
Kasten describes the mechanism of mass mind control as electromagnetic in nature: large populations can be sent frequencies designed to incite agitation, aggression, or anxiety in specific demographic areas, followed by targeted news feeds to promote fear and sensationalism — a technique that operates through artificial networks that "continually send out electromagnetic pulses of information through the mass media to keep people fixated on meaningless dramas."
Extraterrestrial dimension
In abduction testimony and SSP witness accounts, mind control extends to alleged alien implant technology — physical devices placed in abductees for tracking, behavioural modification, and suppression of recall. Secret space program witnesses including Tony Rodrigues and Corey Goode describe memory erasure and persona-splitting techniques used in 20 and Back programmes as continuous with MK-Ultra methodology.
