Free energy

Free energy (also zero-point energy, radiant energy, or vacuum-energy extraction) refers to the alleged extraction of usable power from the ambient quantum vacuum field or from other environmental sources without conventional fuel combustion — the "energy" face of the unified field theory, inseparable from the gravity- and time-engineering tapped by exotic propulsion. In ET disclosure and SSP testimony, the suppression of working free energy devices is presented as one of the central mechanisms by which a covert breakaway civilization maintains economic and technological dominance over the general population.

Zero-point energy basis

Zero-point energy (ZPE) is the lowest possible energy state of a quantum mechanical system—the energy that remains even at absolute zero temperature. Quantum field theory treats the vacuum as filled with fluctuating zero-point fields whose energy density is theoretically enormous. The claim in SSP testimony is that sufficiently advanced engineering can extract net usable work from this field. Unlike perpetual motion (which violates thermodynamic conservation laws), ZPE extraction is presented as drawing from an external source—the ambient quantum vacuum—analogously to how a wind turbine draws from atmospheric circulation.

Steven Greer, founder of the Disclosure Project and CSETI, argues that extraterrestrial propulsion systems operate by accessing and reshaping the zero-point field: "these ET craft can go from full on three-D solid into that other state... they drop out into a state of massless... out of linear space-time into other dimensions." Greer identifies ZPE extraction as the technological basis for both ET propulsion and for suppressed human-built anti-gravity systems he states were mastered by the U.S. by October 1954.

Nikola Tesla's radiant energy

Nikola Tesla is consistently cited as the earliest modern inventor to demonstrate extractable environmental energy. His 1899 Colorado Springs experiments with magnetically resonant coil systems produced anomalous power outputs, and his unfinished Wardenclyffe Tower project aimed to transmit electrical power wirelessly without conventional generation. Within SSP research, Tesla's work is identified as the foundational human discovery on which classified post-WWII programs built their anti-gravity and free energy systems. An interoffice memo from Hercules Aerospace recovered by researcher Mark McCandlish describes six meetings between the DIA and Soviet scientists investigating "the fundamental enabling technology that was originally discovered apparently by Nikola Tesla in the early 1900s."

Government suppression

The systematic suppression of free energy devices is described as economically motivated. Richard Dolan, historian and author of UFOs and the National Security State, frames it succinctly: "even a child can understand that these objects don't need oil to go from point A to point B... if the president were to announce the reality of these things, how long before scientists openly begin to study the propulsion and power system of UFOs? This would immediately challenge oil not simply as the world's leading source of power but would severely threaten the entire global financial system."

Greer identifies a hierarchy of suppression: legitimate SAP programs operate within constitutional oversight, but a deeper layer of "illegal secret government projects" (ISGs) sequester free energy breakthroughs and assassinate or neutralize inventors outside the classification system. He cites a RAND Corporation study in which, by the mid-1950s, more money had been spent on anti-gravity propulsion than the totality of the Manhattan Project—research whose results were immediately classified and never transitioned to civilian use.

T. Henry Moray's Radiant Energy Device

T. Henry Moray (1892–1974), a Utah electrical engineer, developed a radiant energy receiver in the 1920s and 1930s that he claimed drew power from background electromagnetic fields — distinct from the ground and distinct from any conventional generator. Demonstrated output figures cited in research literature reached approximately 50 kilowatts with no conventional fuel input. Moray's device used a series of vacuum tubes he called "Swedish stone" valves containing a substance he claimed exhibited semiconductor properties before the transistor was publicly invented. Moray was subjected to sustained harassment: his laboratory was vandalized, an attempt was made to shoot him, and his device was eventually destroyed. Paul Brown subsequently reproduced elements of Moray's invention; Tom Valone described a consultant who warned that the energy aspect of Moray's device might be permitted to commercialize, but any propulsion application derived from the same physics "would probably be secret and prevented and classified."

Cold fusion

Cold fusion, the production of nuclear fusion reactions at or near room temperature, was announced publicly in 1989 by electrochemists Martin Fleischmann and Stanley Pons at the University of Utah. The announcement was rapidly and heavily discredited by a campaign led by the American Physical Society, whose representative Robert Park repeatedly preempted legal and scientific proceedings involving cold fusion patent applications. Tom Valone, a USPTO patent examiner who organized the first cold fusion conference at the U.S. State Department in 1999, described Park as "directing people to do his will" to prevent cold fusion from receiving official legitimacy — and was subsequently fired from the Patent Office for organizing the conference, though he was later reinstated after an arbitrator found no valid grounds for dismissal.

Subsequent research programs including Brillouin Energy and the broader LENR (Low Energy Nuclear Reactions) field have produced experimental results suggesting cold fusion effects are real but difficult to control and reproduce consistently. Hal Puthoff, in his role advising on advanced propulsion physics, has associated lattice confinement fusion — nuclear fusion reactions in metallic lattices at ambient temperature, demonstrated by Global Energy Corporation's Larry Forsley — as a near-term pathway toward energy generation consistent with ZPE-adjacent physics.

Patent suppression mechanism

The Invention Secrecy Act of 1951 provides the legal framework through which free energy patent applications are held in a classified vault at the USPTO, with approximately 6,000–6,500 applications under active secrecy orders as of 2023. The patent holder is prohibited from discussing, commercializing, or developing the invention indefinitely, with no guaranteed compensation even when the government uses the technology. Dan Willis and Michael Salla document this mechanism as the primary institutional tool maintaining the free energy suppression regime in the United States.
