Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances is a 2015 non-fiction book by Michael E. Salla, Ph.D., published by the Exopolitics Institute (Pahoa, Hawaii). It draws principally on the extended testimony of Corey Goode and compares his account with those of Randy Cramer, Michael Relfe, and other claimants.

Author and methodology

Salla holds a Ph.D. in Government from the University of Queensland and held academic appointments at the Australian National University, American University's School of International Service, and George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs. He is credited with founding the discipline of exopolitics through an earlier 2004 volume. The book explicitly rejects the Sagan dictum that "extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence," instead applying a legal-style standard of "extraordinary claims require extraordinary investigation" — treating whistleblower testimony as eyewitness evidence to be evaluated against publicly available circumstantial evidence.
