The MJ-12 First Annual Report is a tabbed report, attributed to the Majestic-12 Group and dated 1952, that purports to review the status of the program and its recovered craft and biological material. One of the papers that reached Robert M. Wood and Ryan Wood through the Timothy Cooper tranche of the 1990s, it forms part of the broader Majestic documents corpus and overlaps in subject with the contemporaneous Eisenhower Briefing Document.

The report is organized into tabbed sections; its Tab C, labelled "DoD 5200.1," argues that Department of Defense security regulations do not apply to MJ-12 and explains that the "Special Classified Executive Orders" referenced in the corpus are not known to exist among unclassified documents — language that Kevin D. Randle read as an attempt to repair anomalies first raised by the Eisenhower Briefing Document. Randle further noted that the report contradicts the Eisenhower Briefing Document over the number of 1947 crashes, the briefing describing a single recovery.
Authenticity
Philip J. Klass identified an "elevated 8" typewriter defect — a flaw independent of the shift key — shared between the purported 1952 Annual Report and Timothy Cooper's own 1991 letters to British researcher Timothy Good, which he and Good regarded as strong evidence that the report had been typed on Cooper's machine. Cooper responded that whether the documents were "genuine, authentic or real is not the issue," holding that "the important point... is the information contained in the documents themselves."
