So then they go and with them and make them a targeted."

Ra described the targeting of his social support networks as a systematic pattern: "anytime I become part of a social group, like a support network, they sabotage it. It's even been done with my SSP friends... it's all just about abandonment programming. They're trying to trip me up and make me feel like I'm abandoned." He further described "people in white" — clone operatives who "make little alterations to the timeline, and they'll mess things up in your life" — as a targeting mechanism documented by multiple witnesses including Eve Howard.

Ra characterized the scope of the classified program system as built on "perpetual slavery," stating that consciousness-transference technology and cloning made it possible to extract labor from millions of unwitting participants: "you got consciousness, you got clones, you got free labor for 20 years and longer if you want.
