David Rousseau
David Rousseau is a French author and secret space program (SSP) experiencer who claims to have served approximately 20 years aboard the joint French-U.S. spacecraft Solaris beginning in 1981, at age eight or nine, as a child conscript. He is the author of books detailing his experiences, translated into English by Malo, who also served as his interpreter in English-language interviews. His testimony closely parallels that of fellow French experiencer Jean-Charles Moyen, with both men independently describing the same ship, the same missions, and the same companion relationship before comparing accounts.
Biography
Rousseau was recruited into the secret space program in 1981, reportedly traveling first to Nevada and spending several months at a base before being transferred to the Solaris. In the summer of 1982, aged approximately nine, he met Jean-Charles Moyen — then thirteen — for the first time aboard the Solaris.
Training on the Solaris
Aboard the Solaris, Rousseau and Moyen were placed in a specialized classroom taught by an instructor they identified as Maria Oršić. The two were the only human children in the class; the remaining students were extraterrestrial children of various species, grouped together because they shared the same psychic abilities. Rousseau's primary gifts were telepathy and empathy, and the classroom training was oriented toward developing those abilities for future diplomatic and rescue missions. These abilities were considered essential because Rousseau could interface telepathically with species — including Reptilian races — that other members of the SSP teams could not reach.
Missions
Training concluded when Rousseau was approximately twelve to fourteen years old, at which point active missions began. In the early years of mission service, Rousseau's primary role was as a communication bridge between extraterrestrial species and the human members of his team — transmitting information telepathically in both directions.
As an adult, Rousseau participated in missions alongside Moyen that included rescue operations and diplomatic negotiations with multiple species, including feline, reptilian, and other extraterrestrial groups.
Mars missions
Rousseau and Moyen describe two combat missions on the surface of Mars against Draco Reptilian adversaries during their adult service, in which each man was seriously injured and rescued by the other. In the second mission, Rousseau's combat capabilities were augmented through a med bed DNA-modification procedure that temporarily increased his physical size, musculature, and speed — what Michael Salla referred to as the "Hulk program." The suits worn on Mars were described as exoskeletons providing additional strength, equipped with oxygen filters to allow breathing in the sulfurous Martian atmosphere.
Seeder races
Rousseau connected the extraterrestrial personnel aboard the Solaris to what he called the "Cedars" — the Seeder races that planted life on Earth — holding that their motivation for cooperation with the French-U.S. SSP was protective responsibility toward humanity.
Recruitment and early experiences
In a dedicated January 2022 interview, Rousseau described the sequence of events leading to his recruitment: at age six (circa 1979), he experienced a walk-in event, after which he began perceiving non-physical entities. At age eight, following an abduction by three Grey beings whose monitoring was detected by military intelligence, Rousseau was brought aboard a TR-3B craft where he met a French-speaking American general who offered him entry into the program — without explicitly disclosing the twenty-year commitment. Upon agreeing, Rousseau was taken first to a French military base and then flown to a facility in Nevada — described by Salla as likely the S-4 facility at Area 51 — where he underwent medical and psychic testing before being transferred to the Solaris.
Disclosure and public activities
Service end
In approximately 2001, Rousseau declined to reenroll in another 20 and Back program cycle, and Moyen made the same decision. Rousseau subsequently authored books in French about his experiences; Malo began translating them into English. His February 2022 joint interview with Moyen on Michael Salla's Exopolitics Today podcast — with Malo translating — was his first major English-language presentation.
Public disclosure
Rousseau's testimony became known to the English-speaking public through Michael Salla's Exopolitics Today podcast. A key feature of the testimony's credibility argument, as Salla presented it, was that Rousseau and Moyen had each given their stories independently — in separate regression and interview sessions — before comparing accounts, yet both described the same vessel, the same teacher (identified as Maria Oršić), and the same companion relationship from childhood.
