Teleportation

Teleportation is the conveyance of a person or object from one place to another without crossing the space between in the ordinary way — the transit effectively instantaneous, the traveller arriving whole rather than being carried there. The word groups a set of markedly different alleged mechanisms rather than naming one, and the most-cited attempt to fix its boundaries is the Teleportation Physics Study prepared for the Air Force Research Laboratory in 2004 by the physicist Eric W. Davis, which separates conveyance by altering the spacetime vacuum or metric; the entanglement-based transfer of a quantum state; transport through extra dimensions or parallel universes; conveyance by psychic means, which Davis judged "quite real and can be controlled"; and the purely science-fictional sense, which he set aside.

The claim that some of these are not theoretical but built and in daily use rests on a broad and heterogeneous body of insiders, contactees, experiencers and independent researchers rather than on any single authority, its members reaching the subject from unconnected directions: among many others Bob Lazar on spacetime curvature aboard a recovered disc — "you don't travel through space; you bring your destination to you"; Andrew Basiago on the Pegasus jump rooms; Al Bielek on the Philadelphia Experiment of 1943 aboard USS Eldridge and its continuation at Montauk; Corey Goode, Tony Rodrigues and Randy Cramer on transfer platforms treated as ordinary infrastructure across Moon bases, Mars installations and Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate stations; and Elena Danaan on the "transporting" or beaming used routinely by the Galactic Federation of Worlds. Where they converge is on origin: the hardware is generally held to descend from the reverse engineering of non-human craft and from the wartime and Cold War programmes that followed it.

Whether these are one thing is unsettled in the field itself. On one reading — Lazar's, and that of those who take exotic propulsion and teleportation as facets of one metric engineering — going into hyperdrive and teleporting are the same effect seen twice, and no matter is ever dismantled; on another the entanglement channel, the portal or stargate mouth, the interdimensional crossing and the platform that disassembles and reassembles a traveller's quantum state are distinct engineering problems that happen to share an outcome.

Were any of the conveyance mechanisms operational as described, the practical consequence would be the collapse of distance as a constraint on human activity — off-world bases staffed from Earth by the working day, and a solar-system-wide infrastructure sustained without the mass and time budget that rocketry imposes. Doubt attaches on two axes. On how the operational claims could be known, the platform and jump-room accounts come from people whose programme access cannot be independently checked, and the foundational Philadelphia case traces to letters from a single correspondent, Carlos Allende, to the astronomer Morris Jessup. On the substance, the only laboratory result to date is the transfer of quantum states, which moves no matter and no energy, destroys the original state in the process, and requires an ordinary light-speed classical channel to complete — while Davis's treatment of psychic conveyance was dismissed by the physicist Lawrence Krauss as "in large part crackpot physics."

Philadelphia Experiment

The Philadelphia Experiment is the most widely cited precursor to classified teleportation research — the alleged 1943 experiment in which USS Eldridge was made invisible and briefly teleported from the Philadelphia Naval Yard to Norfolk, Virginia, using an electromagnetic degaussing system. The experiment's account, circulated primarily through letters from Carlos Allende (Carl Allen) to Morris Jessup, is the foundational document for classified U.S. teleportation research in conspiracy literature, with Al Bielek claiming to have been aboard the Eldridge during the experiment and to have subsequently participated in Montauk Project time-related experiments.

Reported NHI teleportation technology

Elena Danaan's contact material describes the Galactic Federation of Worlds as purportedly using teleportation (described as "transporting" or "beaming") routinely for short-range personal transport — technologically similar to the personnel transport described in SSP testimony. The mechanism is described as allegedly involving a frequency carrier wave that disassembles and reassembles the traveler's quantum information state at the destination.

Jump room — El Segundo

Andy Basiago, who claims participation in Project Pegasus and related CIA time-travel programs, described a classified teleportation facility allegedly operated in El Segundo, California — referred to as the "arc," "jump room," or "space elevator" — through which he was purportedly transported to Mars on approximately 20 occasions between the early 1970s and the mid-1980s. Basiago described being called up "every month or six to eight weeks," leaving his ordinary life as a history student at UCLA to drive to El Segundo and transit to Mars. He estimated seven to eight receiving facilities on the Martian surface, positioned in what he calculated to be the middle latitudes of the northern hemisphere. The jump room reportedly operated through a quantum access mechanism.

Moon portal infrastructure

Tony Rodrigues, who claims to have served on CERES colony and subsequently on a Solar Warden vessel, testified to the alleged existence of a portal system on Earth's Moon of extraordinary power capacity. According to Rodrigues, Moon base personnel explained the portal system required an amount of energy so large it could not be put into a number, drawing on a generator described as "millions of years old" — an ancient power source purportedly built into the Moon itself. The Moon's portal infrastructure reportedly supported both time travel and personal teleportation and was characterized as far more advanced than anything available in the CERES colony system or the broader ICC network.

Project Pegasus

Andrew Basiago claims classification as "America's first early time space explorer" and to have been the first American child to teleport using Tesla teleportation — a program allegedly conducted under DARPA as part of Project Pegasus, which he described as "the advent of time travel." The Pegasus jump room itself was described as "simply a room, an elevator that morphed from a box into a cylinder and opened up somewhere else" — with reportedly no understanding available at the time of how the mechanism was operating.

Obelisk as alleged teleportation device

During the 1998 I heArt Bell broadcast of the Jonathan Reed forest incident, callers and investigators raised the possibility that the obelisk recovered by Reed alongside the being he called Freddie may have functioned as an interdimensional teleportation device — a means of transit from another dimension to Reed's location: "the obelisk I thought of it as being a teleportation device from another dimension to it."
