The Moovianthan Kay Phixaka are a non-human Small Grey species from the Phykxa nebula (NGC 6940) in the constellation Vulpecula, with hollow eyes. Part of the Grey Collective and allied with the Orion Alliance, their ability to travel interdimensionally earned them the name "Shining Ones". They have colonised over 40 planets and use discoidal ships.

Within Elena Danaan's A Gift from the Stars taxonomy, the Moovianthan Kay Phixaka appear in both the dedicated entry at page 302 and the condensed Small Greys index at page 307, where they are listed as: "Moovianthan (Vulpecula) Grey Collective, Orion Alliance, US-Teles. Discoidal ships." The "US-Teles" designation indicates formal dealings with both the United States government and elements of the Telosii — the Alpha Centauri-origin subterranean civilisation whose separatist faction signed secret treaties with the American government.

The interdimensional travel capability that defines the Moovianthan Kay Phixaka distinguishes them from most other Grey species within the taxonomy. Most Small Greys in Danaan's classification are either enslaved populations or agents of the Orion Alliance operating through physical means; the Moovianthan Kay Phixaka's interdimensional capacity places them in a small class alongside species such as the Kiily-Tokurit (Gamma Volans), which also uses "interdimensional travel" to escape monitoring and hide within two-dimensional phase space.
