Eldaru

The Eldaru (also Eldari) are a non-human humanoid species of Noor Lyran refugees — not survivors of the Lyran Wars but refugees of the Orion Wars — who established themselves on the fourth planet of the Procyon Elevena binary system (11.4 light years from Terra), which they named Eldar. Tall blond humanoids with fair skin, cobalt to clear blue eyes, and strong musculature, they are of the same species as the Pleiadeans, the Meton-Centaurians, and the Hyadeans. They are a magnificent race that lives for over a thousand years and always appears astonishingly young; they are highly spiritual and considered elders and masters of interdimensional magic — sometimes called the Guardians of Portals.

History

The Eldaru originally fled from the Rigel system due to attacks by the Grail — a powerful aggressive Grey-Reptilian species whose civilisation spans Rigel, Bellatrix, Betelgeuse, and Mintaka. The Grail located the Eldaru again at Procyon, this time posing as ambassadors of peace; the Eldaru welcomed them and were swiftly infiltrated at all levels of their social structure through Reptilian telepathic hypnosis and dark rituals, leading to enslavement. However, the Eldaru possessed time-warping technology — a technique of shifting into another density of existence through multidimensional expansion of consciousness — which the Grail's soul-matrix does not allow; using this, many Eldari escaped to another dimensional plane to act from there against the Grail occupation.

Shortly after the Galactic Federation of Worlds destroyed the Nebu Hive, the Eldaru decided to reestablish their connection with their home planet Eldar and reclaim their sovereignty. The Eldaru also belong to the Vega Alliance — a coalition including the Adari, Elevar, Ozman, Puxhity, Zenatae, Aramani, Ginvo, and Eldaru — formed to withstand the power of the Orion Empire.

The Sattar are described as related to the Noor Eldaru, though smaller; like their Procyon relatives, the Sattar have the ability to jump frequencies — appearing and disappearing at will — a trait connected to the Eldaru's broader mastery of dimensional shifting.

In the Encyclopedia Galactica Volume I listing under Procyon, the Eldari appear as one of the distinct species of the Elevena system, colonists of Noor/Lyran stock who retained the defining humanoid phenotype of their lineage — tall, blond, fair-skinned — despite their separate history at Procyon.
