Majority Agency for Joint Intelligence

Bill Cooper's name for an alleged intelligence agency under Majestic-12

The Majority Agency for Joint Intelligence (MAJI) is, in the account of Bill Cooper (Operation Majority, late 1980s), an alleged agency responsible for gathering and evaluating "all information, disinformation, and intelligence" on the non-human presence, said to answer only to MJ-12. In Cooper's scheme the related codeword MAJIC is not the name of a committee but a security classification meaning "MAJI-Controlled," applied to all alien-connected material.

The acronym MAJI is used differently by Steven Greer, who renders it "the Majority Intelligence Committee" (no "Joint") and treats it as one of a sequence of cover-names — Majestic-12 → SECOR → PI-40 → MAJIC — for the original MJ-12 body. The hybrid phrase "Majority Joint Intelligence Committee" — combining Cooper's "…Joint Intelligence" with Greer's "Majority…Committee" — is not sourced to either author and appears to be a conflation. See MAJIC for the full disambiguation.
