Tim Tactics is a former covert government operative and psionics researcher who describes participating in classified programmes involving face-to-face contact with non-human intelligent beings — principally the Greys — under government auspices, before going public and working independently to build civilian psionic networks. He first came to public attention as a guest on the Gaia network and subsequently based community-building and conference activities in Germany.
Recruitment and covert government programmes
Tim Tactics describes being recruited into government service while double-majoring in governance and German law at university. Initial assignments involved historical research — specifically analysing methods of social control in the Middle Ages — funded by an unidentified third-party commission. After approximately four years, classified documents began appearing on his desk, and he was eventually invited into restricted underground facilities containing what he calls "metallic containers" — frequency-compression chambers designed to enable stable communication between human operators and non-human beings. An early experience within the programmes involved observing, through a laser-generated optical field, three slender robed beings he identifies as a species associated with constructing afterlife environments for dying humans.
His original diplomatic role was to interface with Grey beings to assess their agenda and the rationale behind technology transfers. Meetings used translation tablets that rendered Grey language and symbols into German. He held over one hundred such face-to-face sessions and describes the initial encounters as psychologically destabilising due to the extreme frequency differential between human and Grey consciousness.
Tactics describes the CIA as having been founded in 1947 specifically in response to the 1947 Roswell incident and the sudden need to coordinate intelligence about a non-human phenomenon. By 1955, he states, seven non-human species were known to the CIA; the number has since grown by "quite some zeros."
Grey motivation and technology exchange
Tim Tactics presents the Greys' technology transfers not as generous gifts but as strategic exchanges driven by the Greys' own need to recover spiritual and organic qualities they have lost. He describes a pattern in which human groups consistently failed to distribute received technology collectively, instead retaining it for narrow factional use — which he regards as the central breakdown in the human-Grey relationship.
He also describes the Greys' practice of abducting humans for study as analogous to human wildlife research — motivated by comparable scientific curiosity but traumatising to the subjects. The Greys reportedly conveyed that their paralysis of human abductees, intended as a calming measure, was a logical but ethically problematic solution to human fear responses.
Indigenous underground reptilian species
At an event in Italy, Tim Tactics describes using a self-built frequency device — reverse-engineered from principles he encountered in the government programmes — to facilitate contact with what he identifies as an indigenous underground reptilian species descended from dinosaurs that retreated into the hollow cave systems beneath Earth's surface. The being who responded was identified as the female leader of the entire species.
The communication addressed the species' position regarding humanity: they expressed no collective hope for human civilisation but hope for certain individuals, a willingness to accept a very small number of human visitors, and a request that the assembled group sing for them — as reptilians lack vocal cords. The group hummed, and Tactics reports feeling an overwhelming wave of warmth from the being in response.
Psionics, reality shifting, and independent work
After leaving the covert programmes — during which agency superiors rejected the plan he submitted for building a global psionic network — Tactics became an independent operator, training civilians in psionic development outside any institutional sanction or funding.
He frames human consciousness as capable of becoming "fully psionic" — a biological potential encoded in human DNA that covert programmes exploited but never disclosed publicly. His training programme, described as an Academy, includes modules on crystalline body restructuring, activating self-healing abilities, ET-protective fields, psychic protective nets, and creating a "quantum healing machine."
Tactics also proposes a framework of reality levels — Earth currently operating at what he terms "Level Three," a finite simulated system, transitioning toward a "Level Four" quantum reality in which psychic phenomena become ordinary and contact with non-human intelligent beings operating in higher reality fields becomes routine.
He argues that a coherent group of two people in a love-bonded intention state generates a psychic field that outperforms ten thousand unconnected individuals — an exponential effect he uses to justify building small, tightly organised communities rather than mass movements.
Disclosure context
Tactics states that the covert programmes formally changed policy around 2019, allowing selected participants to come forward publicly on account of the accelerating planetary shift and the volume of evidence entering the public domain. He also references independent contact experiments using a 1910-era German technology — a device developed in secrecy by Germans over a century ago to contact non-human beings — as a lower-technology analogue to the government-sponsored metallic containers.
Portal to Ascension Radio interview — alien species and the cosmic shift (2025)
In a September 2025 interview on Portal to Ascension Radio, Tactics was introduced as a former tactical advisor and analyst for the covert governance sector of the German government — a role in which he spent over a decade assessing the missions and strategies of extraterrestrial species. He has also appeared on Gaia Television's Cosmic Disclosure. The interview, framed around ten alien species that have altered human history, covered several themes not addressed in his earlier appearances.
On the question of ancient history, Tactics stated that ET species disagree fundamentally about the origins and early history of Earth — not due to deception, but because each species observes the planet from its own point in space-time, producing genuinely different versions. He described the universe as unable to display information that is not being observed, and noted that the accessible historical record becomes unreliable beyond a 12,500–20,000 year threshold, at which point multiple observed timelines have been compressed into one by the universe's tendency to collapse unobserved states.
On the Giza pyramids, Tactics reported that ET contacts gave an answer he described as "very mind-challenging": the pyramids were not built by humans in the conventional sense, but were placed during an earlier iteration of the planet by a cosmic intelligence that used them as functional organs — partially acting as observers and as energy-collection nodes at planetary hotspot locations along global energy lines.
On pre-human races, Tactics described a document describing what he calls a "pre-janitor race" that inhabited an aquatic planet approximately 20 light years from Earth. These beings lived in underwater bubble-cities, were racially purist, and eventually left their planet when destabilized by megafauna collisions and re-settled Earth — first underwater, then gradually on land. He described this as reminding him of Atlantis accounts. Some of their descendants may still inhabit Earth's deep ocean today. These beings eventually mixed their genetics with local ape species, producing modern humanity.
On the cosmic shift, Tactics described a cyclical process in which the solar system's travel through the galaxy produces "cosmic seasons" lasting approximately 12,500–20,000 years, at the end of which a planetary reset occurs — historically including magnetic pole shifts, floods, and civilization collapses. He stated that advanced programme analysts, including military specialists he knew, predicted the peak of the current shift for 2025. The last iteration ended with a biblical flood; this one is predicted not to include another flood, per numerous ancient texts that Tactics regards as warning messages left by previous civilizations. He framed humanity's role in the outcome as a quantum observer effect: collective conscious intention can select among possible timelines.
