Non-human extraterrestrial civilization

A non-human extraterrestrial civilization is an extraterrestrial civilization composed of non-human intelligent beings rather than human ones. It is the largest class of alleged off-world society and the main subject of exopolitics; its members are beings that both originate on other star systems and belong to species other than Homo sapiens.

As with extraterrestrial civilizations generally, none has been officially acknowledged or scientifically confirmed; on the exopolitical account their existence is kept from the public by a cover-up.

Such civilizations are usually grouped by the phenotype of their dominant species: reptilian powers such as the Alpha Draconian Empire; the Grey collectives of Zeta Reticuli and the Eben; the human-looking but non-human Nordic peoples; insectoid and mantid societies; and the Anunnaki. They are organized as empires, hive collectives, federations, and coalitions (see List of extraterrestrial political organizations).

The most advanced are said to move between densities, and so overlap the interdimensional being category; several are also held to keep a hidden presence on or beneath Earth, overlapping the cryptoterrestrial and ultraterrestrial models.
