Time travel

Time travel is the displacement of a person, an object, or an observation to a different point in history or in the future. General relativity does not forbid it: several exact solutions of the Einstein field equations — the Gödel rotating universe of 1949, the rotating Tipler cylinder of 1974, the traversable wormhole of 1988, and the Alcubierre warp metric of 1994 — contain closed timelike curves, worldlines that return to their own past, at the price of matter that violates the null energy condition and which the physicist Francisco Lobo groups with them as "exotic" solutions. Because time and gravity are the temporal and spatial curvature of one geometry, engineering the spacetime metric is — on the unified-field reading advanced by Hal Puthoff and others — the same operation that would yield gravity control and vacuum-energy extraction, which is why exotic craft (UFOs) are routinely described as incidentally being time machines.

The term is an umbrella rather than a single capability, and the accounts gathered under it are not obviously describing one technology: bodily transit through an engineered portal or stargate; observation of another time without any transit at all, as with the Chronovisor and with temporally-targeted remote viewing; frequency-matching navigation in which a craft is held not to move through time so much as to retune to a coordinate where the destination already stands; and the alteration or branching of timelines themselves. The rules said to govern such displacement once achieved — branching timelines rather than overwritten ones, firm limits on altering major historical events, and the desynchronization risked by ship-based transit — recur across this testimony as a body of claims in their own right, catalogued as the nature of alleged time travel.

A large and heterogeneous body of program participants, secret space program personnel, contactees, and researchers — among them the claimed participants Andrew Basiago and Al Bielek — holds nonetheless that operational temporal displacement was achieved within classified American programs by about 1970 and has been held, weaponised, and concealed since, a case for a real, deliberately concealed government capability catalogued in full as Time travel conspiracy theories. Alfred Lambremont Webre, the attorney and exopolitics author who brought Basiago's testimony forward, groups the whole class under the coinage "quantum access," a single technology set spanning temporal transit, teleportation, and remote temporal viewing which he attributes to a hidden governing structure he names the Chronogarchy. The programs so named include Project Pegasus and the Montauk Project; the earlier technological foundation is attributed to a 1936 Navy encounter with Atlantean technology in the Bermuda Triangle that allowed future humans to supply the program's initial methodology, and their stated objectives ran wider than transit alone: "invisibility, mind control, time travel, and portal technology."

Temporal displacement is also described as a mode of transport routinely available to non-human intelligent beings, including Grey-type beings held to be genetically diverged future humans returning to their own ancestors. On that side of the material the mechanism given is not electromagnetic at all: Swaruu of Erra — a Taygetan Pleiadian communicant and trained "sand clock pilot" — describes time travel as a navigational technique of matching a spacecraft's frequency to that of a target spacetime coordinate, with time understood as a product of consciousness rather than an independent physical dimension.

Doubt attaches on two separable axes. On the physics, every known solution containing closed timelike curves requires negative-energy matter in quantities that have never been produced, and the chronology-protection conjecture holds that quantum effects would destroy such a machine as it forms — though the conjecture is itself unsettled, Lobo noting that "there is no convincing demonstration of the Chronology Protection Conjecture, but the hope exists that a future theory of quantum gravity may prohibit CTCs." On the programs, the accounts rest on participant recollection given decades after the events, the supporting record being — on the accounts themselves — classified, destroyed, or never generated.

Electromagnetic and portal-device theory

On this account, human classified programs used electromagnetic devices, in the body of secret-space-program testimony, — plasma confinement chambers, radar-based psychic amplifiers — to open wormhole-type portals between two specified dates, working within a materialist physics model derived from Nikola Tesla's electromagnetic schematics; timeline alteration is described as possible within limits.

Discovery and early development

The first US encounter with time travel technology is attributed by Al Bielek to 1936, when a Navy drilling ship, the Kearsarge, struck a submerged Atlantean crystal in the Bermuda Triangle and disappeared for two months before returning intact — having been displaced into the future, where its crew received detailed instructions for developing operational time travel. According to Bielek, the resulting technology was used during World War II to retrieve weapons and materials — including plutonium for the Nagasaki bomb — from the 1970s and 1980s, which he argues explains how two distinct atomic weapon designs could be tested and deployed within days of each other. The Philadelphia Experiment of 1943, directed by J. Robert Oppenheimer and Edward Teller using schematics from Nikola Tesla — who had achieved teleportation by the time of his January 1943 death — is identified as the immediate precursor to the postwar time travel program.

Andrew Basiago describes Project Pegasus as a joint DARPA–CIA program that achieved operational time travel by 1970, using Tesla teleportation (a "Val Tec" system based on two elliptical booms generating a plasma field) and the Chronovisor (a holographic image-projection device allowing temporal observation without physical transit). Basiago was one of approximately 140 gifted American children recruited into the program beginning in 1969, serving as "chrononauts" — child time-space explorers trained also in psychic surveillance. Basiago further describes being present at Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address in 1863 and at Ford's Theater on the night of Lincoln's assassination, via a plasma confinement chamber located in East Hanover, New Jersey. The supporting record for these and similar episodes is, according to Basiago himself, classified, destroyed, or never generated; the one class of evidence offered that could in principle be checked independently is physical rather than testimonial, such as Basiago's identification of a figure in a Mathew Brady photograph of the Gettysburg Address as himself.[citation needed] Basiago identifies eight distinct time-travel technologies developed across the program, including remote viewing, the Montauk Chair, a plasma confinement chamber, a Chronovisor, a stargate, and a jump room later used for the Mars Jump Room program.

The Montauk Project (approximately 1971–1983) at Camp Hero Air Force Station, Long Island, operated as a successor to Project Pegasus focused on the Montauk Chair — a psychic-amplification device built around a decommissioned radar dish, capable of opening time portals when operated by a seated psychic sensitive. Preston Nichols, in his 1992 book The Montauk Project: Experiments in Time, describes the portal as follows: "Duncan would start out sitting in the chair, then the transmitter would be turned on. His mind would be blank and clear. He would then be directed to concentrate on an opening in time from, say, 1980, to 1990. At this point, a hole or time portal would appear right in the center of the Delta T antenna. You could walk through the portal from 1980 to 1990." Arkheim Ra, a self-identified Montauk survivor, characterizes the program as "a time control, time military time corporation project where they're going back in time and they're changing things to make the future a certain way." Additional participants named across this body of testimony include Stewart Swerdlow, also describing the Montauk Project, and Emery Smith, on later programs.[citation needed]

Consciousness and frequency-navigation theory

Swaruu of Erra — a Taygetan Pleiadian communicant and trained "sand clock pilot" whose fuller teaching treats piloting and timeline mechanics together — defines time as "part or sub-product of consciousness — self-perception, not something external," and describes temporal travel as matching a ship's frequency signature to that of the target spacetime coordinate on a multidimensional "film reel" in which all moments co-exist simultaneously. Under this model there are no paradoxes, because "things can only happen once" — a traveler who went to a past time was already present there when that time occurred.

Future-human and non-human visitation theory

J-Rods: future humans

A central category of NHI time travel involves the J-Rods, Grey-type beings described by Dan Burisch and Michael Salla as genetically diverged descendants of present-day humanity who have traveled backward from multiple future timeframes — approximately 24,000 years (P-24K J-Rod), 45,000 years (P-45K J-Rod), and 52,000 years (P-52 J-Rod) hence — to interact with their own ancestors, primarily to obtain genetic material needed to correct degenerative conditions in their era. The P-24K lineage — identified as the crew of the 1947 Roswell crash — arrived via time travel in an "earth-to-earth terrestrial craft." Salla characterizes this pattern as a coherent intervention across the whole span of the classified contact era: "Time travel from our future, along with highly evolved extraterrestrial civilizations, is here today to assist us in revealing long suppressed knowledge and transforming our world." Individual encounters with these time-traveling visitors are catalogued separately as direct contact events.

Space Ark portals and ET-assisted programs

In 2023, JP, a US Army soldier, was taken on a guided mission to a facility inside a Space Ark containing four active temporal portals displaying different historical periods (the 1550s, 1940, 2050, and 2090); Nordic scientists present explained that extraterrestrial species had developed time travel "hundreds of thousands of years" before humanity and that the arks themselves contain an ancient inter-ark portal system constituting the oldest form of temporal displacement technology on Earth.

Oversight of timeline alteration

According to Tony Rodrigues, time travel technology is understood to be tightly restricted among the non-human intelligent beings said to possess it: it "could be abused greatly, but it's also greatly policed" by advanced extraterrestrial civilizations, which oversee human access and guard against uncontrolled alteration of timelines.

Exotic matter and the chronology protection conjecture

On the general-relativistic reading, the same closed timelike curve solutions permitted by the Einstein field equations come at the price of matter that violates the null energy condition — negative-energy matter that has never been produced in the quantities the solutions require. The chronology-protection conjecture goes further, holding that quantum effects would destroy any device that attempted to form a closed timelike curve as it formed, though the physicist Francisco Lobo — whose survey groups the wormhole and warp-drive solutions together as "exotic" for this reason — notes that the conjecture itself remains unproven.
