Blank slate technology

Blank slate technology (BST), also called blank slating, is an alleged memory-suppression and memory-replacement technology reportedly used by Secret Space Program (SSP) and MILAB programs to erase classified experiences from personnel between missions and upon return to civilian life. The technology allegedly operates on the chemical and magnetic structures of human memory and was purportedly applied routinely to SSP personnel, MILAB children, NASA astronauts, and nuclear-program workers from at least the World War II era onward.

Mechanism

Early chemical method

The original blank slating method used a cocktail of drugs anchored by synthetic scopolamine mixed with other designer compounds. After injection, a handler would hypnotically talk to the subject, debriefing them on what they had actually done while simultaneously issuing verbal instructions to forget specified memories, embedding trigger words that could later lock or unlock information. The chemical method was eventually phased out because heavy use of the scopolamine cocktail caused psychotic breaks in some subjects.

Electronic method

The chemical approach was replaced by a technology that affects the chemical and magnetic structure of memory in the brain without being invasive, described by Goode as using electronic fields.

Screen memory implantation

Blank slating alone leaves a void that personnel may notice. A screen memory — a false experiential memory — is typically installed simultaneously to fill the gap. Screen memory delivery methods include: narration of a false event to an injected subject; showing video through shaded goggles with headphones; reading a book aloud to a child while showing silent images on video; and virtual reality overlays applied while the subject is in an altered state. Purpose-made films were also produced specifically for this use.

Application to SSP personnel

20-and-Back program

Standard procedure at the end of a 20-and-back service term was: return to the Lunar Operations Command (LOC), a full debriefing, then physical age regression followed by blank slating with a screen memory added as needed, and finally time regression to return the personnel to their original departure point in time. During the age regression phase itself, Goode describes being sedated and physically immobilized on a table with foam supports and cardboard-like boards arranged around the body; the process required approximately two weeks. An alternative description, offered by Goode in a conference setting, describes injection of a pharmaceutical cocktail with age-regressing frequencies followed by insertion into a large solid tube, which is closed — and then the subject emerges from the same tube in the past, having been transported backward in time.

The mandate for age regression and return to original time was established as part of a treaty agreement between the SSP and non-terrestrial parties, requiring that any person extracted — whether for an hour, thirty days, or twenty years — be returned to the same time period with no memory of what had occurred.

The number of people on Earth currently blank slated from SSP service — most unaware of their histories — is estimated by Goode at tens of thousands, including not only 20-year veterans but scientists and engineers brought in for shorter terms of eight to ten years.

MILAB children

Children in MILAB programs were routinely blank slated after each off-campus session to prevent recollection of their training and activities. Intuitive empath-class children were more resistant to screen memory implantation and required closer management; children who failed to progress through the program were blank slated and released, resulting in persistent but inexplicable feelings of rejection and abandonment.

Post-service surveillance

Personnel returned to civilian life continue to be monitored. Behavioral scientists employed by the programs analyze incoming data streams for signs that programming is breaking down; if detected, the subject is recalled, debriefed on what they remember, and re-blank slated. In cases where blank slating repeatedly fails, entity attachments and AI signal management may be used instead, producing anxiety attacks, sudden sleepiness, or speech impediments when the person attempts to discuss classified subjects.

Traumatic dissociation method

A parallel technique documented in MK-Ultra-adjacent and Luciferian cult contexts — described by survivor Nathan Reynolds — produces a "blank slate" effect through near-death trauma rather than electronic or chemical means. In this method, a handler deliberately drowns the subject to the edge of clinical death, inducing a dissociative split as consciousness fragments under extreme physiological stress; when the subject is resuscitated, they awaken with no memory of the immediately preceding identity state, and are psychologically bonded to the handler as a savior figure. Reynolds describes this as: "A blank slate is what it's called. That blank slate now is a new personality. And I'm actually bonded to that man as my savior. He saved my life." Reynolds also describes the deliberate selection of children with histories of severe sexual abuse as subjects, prized precisely because prior trauma has already produced a fragmented psyche amenable to further splitting — described as starting with "a good blank slate." This method represents an analog to the SSP's electronic blank-slating applied in a non-technological context, relying on physiological trauma to achieve the same dissociative result.

Failures and partial recoveries

Intuitive empath resistance

Corey Goode reports that blank slating was partially ineffective on him, a consequence attributed to the same intuitive empath capacities that made him valuable to the programs in the first place. Rather than continuous recall, his memories returned in discontinuous segments ("chunks") that he then assembled into a coherent account; once the unsegmented pieces were joined, the full memory sequence opened.

3–5 percent resistance rate

Approximately three to five percent of individuals blank slated by the SSP experience memory recovery over time. Programs track this cohort and attempt management; when blank slating recurrently fails, the entity-attachment and AI-based suppression methods are applied as a fallback.

Cellular memory phenomena

Individuals who have undergone age regression and blank slating — including those in hypnotherapy or memory-regression sessions years later — sometimes experience physical phenomena during recall: scars and tattoo outlines from their SSP service period appear briefly on the body surface before fading, described as a form of cellular memory.

End-of-contract process and clone destruction

Mark Domizio provides additional detail on the sequencing of end-of-contract blank slating as it applies to personnel serving through a cloned body: age regression and mind wipe are performed on the clone before the soul is transferred back to the original body, after which the clone is normally destroyed. Domizio describes the standard sequence as: the clone is age-regressed to the subject's original departure age, mind wiped, and then destroyed — meaning the returned individual carries no conscious memory of service. Domizio's case is anomalous in that his clone was not destroyed but instead retained, subjected to additional MK-Ultra-style electric shock conditioning, and converted into a separate programmed alter called "Hans."

Chris O'Connor, a United Nations Secret Space Program alumnus who served three consecutive 20-year terms, notes that at the end of his full 60-year service, a clone of his original two-year-old body was prepared, "the vast majority" of his accumulated memories were removed, and his consciousness was transferred into the infant clone before being returned to 1970 — the year of his original recruitment. The blank slating in this case was deliberately incomplete: O'Connor reports that fragments of memory from his third tour began returning as puzzle pieces decades later, consistent with Goode's estimate of a 3–5% resistance rate.
