Mars terraforming
Mars terraforming in the context of SSP accounts is active efforts by both early German breakaway programs and later Earth Alliance programs to restore or engineer a breathable atmosphere and habitable surface conditions on Mars — distinct from conventional NASA proposals — as well as to the hypothesis that Mars was originally terraformed from a prior planet by an ancient civilization.
SSP-era terraforming efforts
Corey Goode described the original justification given to Solar Warden recruits for establishing Mars infrastructure as explicitly tied to terraforming: senior figures framed the Mars program as a species continuity project, with terraforming as the long-term goal should an extinction-level event strike Earth.
Randy Cramer, who claims 17 years of Mars surface service with the Mars Defense Force, described the northern Martian environment he served in as already partially breathable — with air that could be inhaled at rest, existing vegetation including "small shrubs, small trees, grasses," and small animals: "It was, like I said it was you could pop your helmet open and breathe the air as long as you didn't have to run somewhere or fight something because that would be like trying to run or fight at 18,000 ft or whatever."
Algae-based atmosphere restoration
Niara Isley, recalling impressions received during her Moon-based service, described being shown an image of "gray green algae growing on the surface of Mars" as part of an atmosphere restoration program — with a secondary organism (bugs) consuming the algae and producing oxygen as a byproduct.
Earth Alliance collaboration
Elena Danaan reported in 2024 that Thor Han Eredyon's younger brother Hans was stationed on Mars in facilities jointly operated by the Galactic Federation of Worlds and Earth Alliance engineers, who were "forming Mars" — using technology derived from Saturn's rings studied on Titan before being transferred to the Martian facility: "on Mars there is a collaboration between the Earth Alliance and the ETs. I know Thor Han's younger brother, Hans, on ours in facilities that are in collaboration with Earth Alliance engineers they are forming Mars."
Ancient terraforming of Mars
Alex Collier, citing Andromedan contacts, described Mars as having itself been terraformed from the destroyed planet Maldek: "Mars and our planet were terraformed. From Maldek or malla or whatever name you want to call it. It was terraformed. In other words, all the plant life and everything that is on the surface and animal life was brought here."
Mars Colony Corporation and terraforming rationale
Michael Salla's 2015 synthesis of Randy Cramer and other whistleblower testimony establishes that the Mars Colony Corporation (MCC) — the corporate entity managing the Mars Defense Force — had set up its first mining operations on Mars by approximately 1975, with terraforming understood as a long-term strategic goal necessary to sustain a self-sufficient colony: "they were ready to go ahead and establish a Mars Colony Corporation foothold, and set up a few settlements and attempt to do some mining, and extract some resources to make it pay for itself." Salla's analysis further situates the terraforming effort within the broader structure of the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC), which operates "secret bases on the Earth, Moon, Mars and elsewhere" and whose long-term goal requires atmospheric and surface conditions capable of sustaining a large civilian workforce across multiple generations — effectively requiring terraforming to succeed.
