Human cloning (SSP)
Human cloning within the secret space program (SSP) literature refers to the alleged large-scale production of genetically duplicated human bodies by breakaway ICC and Dark Fleet scientists, used to supply replacement bodies for personnel, produce cyborg soldiers, and maintain soul transfer operations. According to multiple SSP claimants, the technology was derived from reverse-engineered extraterrestrial biological science and was first applied covertly in underground bases beginning in the mid-20th century.
Acceleration techniques
Cloned bodies are not grown at a normal biological pace; SSP insiders describe time-acceleration fields that compress decades of biological development into hours. Corey Goode stated that in these temporal fields "a little zygote grows up into a full grown human in a couple of hours," while the subject in the field "is experiencing 20 years." Clones grown in this way are distinguished from short-lived avatar bodies, which must be genetically tuned to a recipient's DNA frequency to remain viable long-term.
Use in the 20-and-Back program
Cloning is central to the 20 and Back protocol. When a supersoldier's original body is damaged or destroyed during service, a clone is prepared and the personnel's consciousness and memories are transferred into it, restoring youth and health before the individual is age-regressed and returned to civilian life. Mark Domizio described his own case as involving "the same clone, same body" throughout the programs, with his soul forcibly extracted and re-inserted rather than a new body being grown.
Emergency clone reserves
Chris O'Connor, who served in the United Nations Secret Space Program, describes pre-prepared clones maintained as emergency reserves for key diplomatic personnel. When O'Connor was fatally struck by an energy weapon during a negotiation session circa 1991, medical staff transferred his consciousness into a previously prepared 25-year-old clone body — indicating that clones of certain individuals were kept in readiness for precisely such emergencies. During his third-term contract negotiations, O'Connor specifically requested restoration to a 25-year-old body — and was given a new clone of that age, indicating the ability to produce clones at a target biological age on demand.
Underground facilities
Witnesses place operational cloning facilities inside deep underground military bases in Australia and the United States as well as aboard off-planet installations on Mars and the Moon. One Cosmic Disclosure guest stated that "hundreds and hundreds of people" are being cloned in underground facilities, with some clones being programmed to impersonate and infiltrate specific individuals or organisations. Memory-chip implantation allows a clone to be animated with a fabricated life history that it believes to be genuine.
Cabal clone manufacturing
According to Swaruu of Erra, the Cabal manufactures artificial clones of humans on a large scale using technology controlled by a central artificial intelligence known as the "Red Queen," with clone gestation periods ranging from two weeks (disposable units) to three-to-five months (stable long-term replacements).
Clone body for 20-and-Back return
Randy Cramer describes the 20 and Back return process as involving the growth of a clone body matching the subject's departure age, into which consciousness is transferred before the original body is incinerated.
