Jeff Cruikshank is an Australian security consultant, engineer, and UFO researcher based in Darwin, Northern Territory. He holds a bachelor's degree in information technology and received the School of Engineers Award for outstanding academic achievement. He carries certificates in hydrocarbon process plant management, security and risk management, and diesel mechanics, and researches alternative propulsion systems including liquefied natural gas production for Mars return missions. He is known for his documentary analysis of classified JFK assassination files released in 2025, which he argues contain evidence linking the assassination to Majestic 12's suppression of the UFO reality. The broader thesis that JFK's assassination was connected to government UFO secrecy has been discussed by multiple researchers; historian Peter Levenda, in conversation with Jesse Michels, described personally presenting material on the overlapping personnel networks between the Kennedy assassination and UFO secrecy to a conference audience, noting that the classified dimension of the story generated the strongest audience response.
Biography
His interest in astronomy dates to childhood, when his father built him a reflecting telescope at age ten. The scale of the universe and the discovery of chemosynthetic life at the Galapagos Rift by Robert Ballard in the late 1970s as formative evidence that life does not require photosynthesis or proximity to a star. His interest in the connection between John F. Kennedy and the UFO issue was sparked by writings published by Michael Salla in 2007 and 2010.

Cruikshank's principal contribution to the JFK assassination and UFOs thesis is a documentary analysis of the 2025 release of JFK assassination files, centering on a bigot list of 85 individuals with 1947-dated security clearances he identifies as the personnel roster for the Majestic 12 reverse engineering program, and the role of CIA physicist David Lamar Christ in both the MJ-12 program and Project Palladium. He also independently corroborated the "burned memo" in the Majestic Documents collection as an assassination directive against Kennedy, interpreting "Project Environment" as a cryptically worded assassination order.
His analysis also uses the declassified schedule of Evelyn Lincoln, Kennedy's personal secretary, to corroborate the Majestic Documents "terse memo" — a document that predated the declassification of Lincoln's diary by two years yet correctly identified June 28, 1961 as the date Kennedy summoned Allen Dulles for a review of MJ-12 operations.
