Athena Swaruu (also Swaruu X) is a name used in Cosmic Agency transmissions to designate a Taygetan communicant described as the second successor in the "Swaruu" lineage after Swaruu of Erra, beginning transmissions around 2021. Athena Swaruu participated in multiple collaborative transmissions alongside Yazhi Swaruu and Aneeka of Temmer, addressing the political nature of the Galactic Federation of Worlds and the spiritual awakening occurring among non-human races.
Identity within the Swaruu lineage
The "Swaruu" designator is applied to a series of distinct individuals — Swaruu of Erra, Athena Swaruu (Swaruu X), and Yazhi Swaruu (Sophia Swaruu) — who share a described lineage or frequency commonality across different timelines but are explicitly stated to be different people: "They are like sort of versions of each other in through different timelines, so to speak, but they are different people, different people."
Athena Swaruu functions in the transmissions as Swaruu X — the designation "X" indicating she is an iteration of the same vibrational or soul-lineage as Swaruu of Erra, but a distinct individual with her own perspective, memories, and analytical framework. The Cosmic Agency channel uses "Athena Swaruu" as the public-facing name while "Swaruu X" appears in transmission headers. She communicates through the same text-based channel via Gosia (the human intermediary) and Robert (co-host), maintaining the same format established by the first Swaruu transmissions.

In a July 2023 transmission, Athena Swaruu offered an account of why the Taygetan people did not recognize the Galactic Federation's true character over the millennia they worked alongside it. She described prior Taygetan generations as having "played the game" — taking Federation propaganda at face value and believing "everything was love and light" — and framed the current crew's critical awareness as a spiritual awakening paralleling what is occurring among Earth humans: "It is only with the arrival of this present crew that the true nature of the Galactic Federation has begun to be understood. It is all a process of spiritual awakening that is also taking place here. There are also awakened and less awakened people among the members of the non-human races."
Athena Swaruu stated that before Queen Alenym's succession, Taygeta was governed by a High Council partly composed of Galactic Federation representatives — a vacant-throne period during which Taygeta functioned as a de facto arm of Federation military operations rather than an independent state.
Cadet indoctrination and Federation propaganda
The transmission also contains Yazhi Swaruu's elaboration (which Athena Swaruu endorsed) that Taygetan fleet cadets were systematically indoctrinated before deployment — primed with idealistic propaganda about liberating oppressed planets and fighting forces of evil, which made them receptive to Federation direction without critical inquiry: "The crew of the Taygeta star fleets would be under strong Federation influence and propaganda that prepares them mentally with ideals before they go out to explore space. An example of this is the brainwashing of cadets like Aneeka when they enlisted in the fleet, as in that they would go to liberate oppressed planets and fight against the forces of evil."

The Cosmic Agency channel, run by Gosia and Robert, received transmissions from multiple Taygetan communicants over several years. Swaruu of Erra was the primary contact in the earliest transmissions; she was followed by Aneeka of Temmer, and then by Athena Swaruu and Yazhi Swaruu as the channel evolved. Athena Swaruu is described as younger than Swaruu of Erra and occupies a distinct role within the crew aboard the Toleka (the Taygetan vessel stationed near Earth), contributing political analysis and philosophical commentary rather than technical or tactical information. Her contributions are particularly focused on consciousness, the nature of awakening, and comparative analysis of Earth and Taygetan social structures.
Relationship to Yazhi Swaruu
While both Athena Swaruu (Swaruu X) and Yazhi Swaruu are described as iterations in the same soul-lineage, they appear as distinct personalities within the transmissions. Yazhi Swaruu is described as younger and as a "Swaruunian" — a novel classification denoting a being who exists outside normal biological Taygetan identity — while Athena Swaruu is identified as a biological Taygetan. Their relationship within the crew is collegial, with both participating in the same transmissions on topics of high strategic or philosophical significance. The transmission format typically involves Gosia posing questions, with Yazhi and Athena Swaruu offering complementary or occasionally divergent perspectives on the same topic.
