Bezos, Branson and Musk Jupiter negotiations
In mid-July 2021, Jeff Bezos, Richard Branson, and Elon Musk allegedly traveled secretly to a floating Galactic Federation of Worlds facility in the upper atmosphere of Jupiter to participate in the Jupiter Accords negotiations alongside representatives of fourteen spacefaring nations. Their publicly televised trips to the edge of space in July 2021 — Branson's Virgin Galactic flight on July 11 and Bezos's Blue Origin flight a week later — purportedly served as cover for, or ran concurrently with, the secret journey to Jupiter. Michael Salla published the analysis in August 2021, based on communications passed through Elena Danaan from Thor Han Eredyon of the Galactic Federation and independently corroborated by Megan Rose via her contact Val Nek.
Background
By July 2021, the Earth Alliance and the Galactic Federation of Worlds had, according to contactee accounts, concluded a major covert military campaign driving the Dark Fleet, the Draconian Empire, and the Orion Alliance from installations across the Solar System. The Galactic Federation reportedly required that any post-conflict Solar System order include a robust civilian space infrastructure, and identified a small number of aerospace corporations already capable of building it — regardless of their executives' personal histories.
Jeff Bezos had previously been linked to secret negotiations in early 2018, when, per Benjamin Fulford, the Dark Fleet conducted high-level meetings with the Trump administration at Bariloche, Argentina. Rex Tillerson, then U.S. Secretary of State, was confirmed to have traveled to Bariloche; Bezos was reported to have been present and joined Tillerson in those negotiations.
The covert travel and meetings
On July 11, 2021, Branson flew on a Virgin Galactic spacecraft to the edge of space as defined by NASA (50 miles / 80 km). A week later, Bezos followed in a Blue Origin spacecraft, crossing the Karman line at 62 miles / 100 km. On July 23, Musk announced that SpaceX had received the contract to launch NASA's Europa Clipper mission to Jupiter by 2024 — a contract Salla linked to Musk's participation in the Jupiter meetings.
According to Thor Han Eredyon, the three CEOs covertly attended the broader Jupiter Accords negotiations — part of the same mid-July sessions in which fourteen spacefaring nations and select aerospace corporations negotiated the terms of a new Solar System order with the Galactic Federation of Worlds, the Andromeda Council, and the Council of Five. The three executives spent many hours in the upper atmosphere of Jupiter negotiating the future of the Solar System while their brief edge-of-space flights received global media coverage.
Thor Han explained the Galactic Federation's reasoning for including these executives despite their backgrounds: time pressure made it impossible to wait for new corporations to develop adequate fleets. "We don't have time. We can't afford to wait that new corporations form and equip themselves with brand new fleets. We take the ones who are available here and now," he stated. Their corporate nature — motivated by profit and aligned with whoever is winning — was seen as a feature: their former allies in the Cabal were losing, so they had already shifted allegiance. Thor Han's urgency was interpreted by Salla as corroborating warnings from multiple secret space program sources of an impending catastrophic solar micronova that made rapid civilian fleet development critical.
Val Nek's independently relayed message elaborated on the corporate mandate: "The corporations of those three men — Bezos, Musk, Branson — among other smaller corporations, were chosen to manufacture technology like spacecraft to serve humanity and help defend Earth so that the Federation can hand over the responsibility to the Terran people. I've been working to train their military in space travel and navigation and also training them to help use the technology that will be manufactured." This established the Jupiter Accords not merely as a commercial negotiation but as a military technology transfer agreement contingent on the corporations' cooperation with galactic oversight terms. The Galactic Federation also pointed to five anti-gravity patents filed by scientist Salvatore Pais on behalf of the U.S. Secretary of the Navy as the technical foundation for a rapid civilian fleet buildup.
The Federation's stated requirement was that participating corporations agree to strict terms and oversight; breaking those agreements carried serious but unspecified consequences.

Salla initially speculated in earlier articles that Bezos and Branson's high-profile suborbital flights coinciding with the Jupiter Accords meetings were more than coincidence. In August 2021, Elena Danaan's physical contact with Thor Han Eredyon produced fresh details explicitly confirming the CEOs' attendance.
