The claim was publicly disclosed by Dr. Andrea Martin via her alleged Pleiadian contact Eka.

Alleged origin of the agreement

According to the account, following the military defeat and expulsion of the Draconian Empire and Orion Collective from the solar system circa 2020–2021, GFW leadership reportedly concluded that the primary goal — eliminating the galactic threat — had been accomplished. Earth's mega corporations — particularly the pharmaceutical and petroleum industries — then reportedly threatened to trigger an economic collapse if disclosure of advanced technologies proceeded. The GFW acquiesced, reasoning that an economic collapse would increase global suffering and weaken Earth's defences, potentially enabling the return of the former occupying forces.

Specific consequences

Medbed suppression

Medical beds capable of healing illness, replacing limbs, and reversing aging were reportedly mass-produced on the Moon with the assistance of Earth militaries in anticipation of public release. The pharmaceutical industry, upon learning of the planned rollout, reportedly threatened economic catastrophe if it proceeded — and the rollout was halted, with medbeds remaining available only to a small number of covert operatives as of mid-2025.

Drone cover-up of genuine sightings

A genuine disclosure initiative — in which extraterrestrial craft and orbs were openly displaying themselves over the United States in late 2024 — was reportedly subverted by corporate actors who deployed large numbers of commercial drones near military installations, with media coverage then focusing entirely on the drones and obscuring the authentic craft underneath.
