Andromeda Galaxy

The Andromeda Galaxy (M31; NGC 224) is the nearest major galaxy to the Milky Way, located approximately 2.537 million light-years from Earth in the Andromeda constellation — cited in exopolitics as the origin point of the Andromedan Council, the governing body of the Andromeda Galaxy's civilizations, which has allegedly played an advisory role in decisions affecting the Milky Way's development and the current UAP disclosure process.

Physical characteristics

The Andromeda Galaxy is a barred spiral galaxy approximately 220,000 light-years in diameter — roughly twice the diameter of the Milky Way by some estimates — containing approximately one trillion stars. It is gravitationally bound to the Milky Way and is the dominant member of the Local Group of galaxies along with the Milky Way and Triangulum galaxy (M33). The Andromeda and Milky Way galaxies are expected to begin merging in approximately 4.5 billion years. At magnitude 3.44, M31 is visible to the naked eye from dark-sky locations and was recorded by Persian astronomer Abd al-Rahman al-Sufi in 964 CE as a "small cloud" in his Book of Fixed Stars. The galaxy contains at least 26 satellite dwarf galaxies, including M32 and M110, and its halo extends much farther than previously recognized — modern observations suggest it may overlap with or even envelop the Milky Way's outer halo.

The Zenae of Titawin

According to Elena Danaan, a species called the Zenae (or Zenate in the Encyclopedia Galactica) inhabit the Upsilon Andromedae system — also designated Titawin — located within the Andromeda constellation approximately 44 light-years from Earth, not the galaxy itself but within the constellation's boundary as seen from Earth. Danaan describes the Zenae as a Lyran colony, descended from Taal Lyrans of the Man system who fled the Lyran Wars and eventually migrated through Vega before establishing on Titawin. Their physical features are characterized by blue skin in males, with females having fairer or golden skin and golden hair; they are described as highly spiritual and are sometimes mistaken for the Ohorai of Arcturus. In the Encyclopedia Galactica, Danaan further describes the Zenate genome adapted to their new planetary conditions, noting a process analogous to the Zygon adaptation — a pattern of Lyran diaspora genetics reshaping to new stellar environments.

The Zenae maintain a role in galactic governance through the Andromedan Council and were cited by Thor Han Eredyon — Danaan's primary contact and officer of the Galactic Federation of Worlds — as having issued a pivotal timeline prediction regarding Earth's liberation. Per Danaan, the Zenae celebrated a change in the predicted timeline with particular joy: "The prediction from the Andromeda Council, the Zenae, has now changed the timeline with the joy of all of us. The Zenae are celebrating with joy in their heart."

Alex Collier's contact and the Andromedan Council

Alex Collier — a contactee who claims physical and telepathic encounters beginning in 1964 and resuming in 1985 — describes his primary Andromedan contacts as Vissaeus and Morenae, blue-skinned humanoids who originated from Lyra and migrated across the galaxy before settling in the Andromeda constellation. Collier states their people are approximately 4.7 million years older in civilization than Milky Way cultures, and that they trace their human genetic lineage through the same Lyran root stock that seeded humanity on Earth: "They say that they are our cousins. And that we actually have some of their genetics inside of us. They originally came from Lyra, as all human life did in our galaxy. Human life does exist in other galaxies as well."

In his 1997 lecture circuit and in his book Defending Sacred Ground, Collier outlined the structure of the Andromedan Council: a body comprising 139 different star races, meeting at a location described as centrally positioned relative to the relevant star systems. The council's mandate is not primarily governance of the Andromeda Galaxy itself but rather long-range advisory and intervention planning for the Milky Way — particularly regarding the Draconian Empire and the proliferation of Grey species whose agreements with Earth governments Collier's contacts warned were catastrophic. Collier stated: "There are many different councils I know primarily of. The group that they are affiliated with, which is called the Andromeda Council... It's not because they run it or they head it, it's because that's where they meet because it is centrally located."

Collier attributed to his Andromedan contacts the information that the Galactic Federation has existed in the galaxy for approximately 4.4 billion years, making Earth civilizations and even many established galactic cultures comparatively recent. The Andromedans described the universe to Collier as containing over 100 trillion galaxies and as fundamentally holographic in structure — information that distinguished Andromedan cosmology from the teaching of many Milky Way species Collier had also received material from.

The Andromedan Council's primary concern communicated through Collier was the timeline of Earth's trajectory into tyranny — specifically the Andromedans' warning that if humanity did not assert sovereignty, Earth would be permanently occupied by regressive species by 2013 per original projections. Collier described the Andromedan Council leaving encoded information in crop circles to stabilize the planet: "There is the Andromedan Council, which is made up of 139 different races, which is putting encoded information into the earth to help stabilize it from Earth calamities. They're trying to buy us time."

In Alex Collier's contact account, the Andromedans — beings from the Andromeda Galaxy — serve as advisors to Milky Way civilizations on long-range planning and on the consequences of different developmental trajectories for humanity and Earth. Collier described receiving information about Earth's timeline and the Milky Way galaxy's political structures through his Andromedan contacts. Elena Danaan similarly references Andromedan observers at galactic councils, framing them as representatives of the broader galactic community beyond our own galaxy.

Vissaeus and Morenae

Vissaeus and Morenae — the two Andromedan beings Collier identifies as his primary contacts — are described as physically large blue-skinned humanoids whose skin has lightened with age; Morenae in particular had blue skin that had paled toward white. The emotional bond Collier described with Vissaeus was deep and personal: departing after a contact, Collier heard Vissaeus speak in his mind — "Alex, the love that you withhold is the pain that you carry lifetime after lifetime" — a teaching Collier has described as the most important lesson from his contacts and the one he most consistently tried to embody in his own life.

Andromedan concern: galactic tyranny and the 350-year warning

Alex Collier's Andromedan contacts informed him that their intervention in Milky Way affairs was motivated by a detection — 350 years into the probable future — of a galactic-scale tyranny that would envelop Earth and other worlds if allowed to develop unchecked. Michael Salla summarized this during a 2021 interview with Collier: "the Andromeda detected was, I think, 350 years into the future, that there would be this tyranny, this galactic wide tyranny. And so they advised the other star nations and got them to come up with intervention strategies to deal with these different intervention points." Collier confirmed this, adding that the Andromedans were not alone — they coordinated with multiple alliances across a long-term intervention plan that he described as having already technically succeeded, with only its consequences still playing out: "Technically they've already lost. We're just literally playing out all the agendas that they had put into motion and, as these agendas become uncovered of what their true intent was and everybody sees it for what it really was, it falls away."

Second Coming vs. fake alien invasion

In a 2025 Multiverse 5D compilation, Collier addressed whether the Andromedans had enhanced his physiology to make him compatible with their energy and vibration. His answer reframed the question: "No. My soul is already attuned to them. Because before my incarnation here, I was there. And the soul always remembers." Collier also described the emotional quality of contact with Andromedans as a consistently positive altered state from which his ordinary Earth reality was temporarily suspended: "a lot of the time when I'm with them, I'm in an amazingly positive field. And there — nothing of my reality on Earth goes with me."
