Cosmic Disclosure is a long-running interview-format series produced for Gaia beginning in 2015, devoted to claims about the secret space program (SSP), extraterrestrial contact, underground bases, reverse-engineered non-human technology, and related topics. Hosted initially by David Wilcock, the series brought forward self-described SSP participants and government whistleblowers who gave detailed first-person accounts of alleged covert off-world programs, crash-retrieval operations, and human-extraterrestrial interaction. Episodes continued under rotating hosts and were later redistributed through third-party channels, including the Multiverse 5D podcast network.

Format

Each episode follows a structured interview format in which a host draws out testimony from a guest on a specific theme — crash retrievals, Mars missions, intergalactic trade, underground civilizations, or ET contact protocols. Guests are introduced with brief biographies stressing their claimed military or intelligence credentials.

Recurring participants

Guest Background Key topics
Corey Goode Primary recurring witness in original Gaia run; claims 20 and Back participation and Blue Avians contact SSP operations, Sphere Being Alliance, Mars colonies
Emery Smith Former surgical technician in classified biologics programs; later series host[2] Reverse engineering, jump gate technology, South Pole facilities, alien autopsies
Randy Cramer Captain, U.S. Marine Corps Special Section; claims Project Moon Shadow genetic enhancement and 20-and-back deployment[3] Mars Defense Force, ICC, SSP structure and funding, intergalactic trade, Mars indigenous reptoids
Clifford Stone 22-year U.S. Army veteran; crash retrieval unit member (code word "Tobasco")[4] Recovered craft interiors, positron drive propulsion, Vietnam-era retrieval, ET telepathy, crash material samples
Tony Rodrigues Claims childhood trafficking into SSP labor programs; 20 and Back participant Mars, Ceres, ICC spacecraft operations

Topics covered

Recurring topical threads across episodes include the alleged organizational structure of the secret space program, off-world basing on Mars / the Moon / elsewhere in the solar system, the 20 and Back recruitment program, recovered-craft processing and reverse engineering, conflicts with indigenous Martian reptoids, the Sphere Being Alliance, and ICC commerce. The substantive content of those topics is covered at the respective subject articles; this article documents the show as a vehicle through which that material reached the disclosure audience, not the substantive claims themselves.

Influence and redistribution

Cosmic Disclosure became one of the primary vehicles through which SSP-related testimony entered the broader disclosure community from 2015 onward. Following Gaia's original run, episodes were redistributed and repurposed by third-party channels including Multiverse 5D @ M5D, which continued producing content under the Cosmic Disclosure title with Emery Smith as host and Clifford Stone and Randy Cramer as recurring guests.
