Peter Maxwell Slattery is an Australian extraterrestrial contactee, international best-selling author, speaker, and spiritual advisor whose contact experiences began in early childhood and continued throughout his adult life, with hundreds of witnesses and an extensive archive of photographs and videos. He operates a retreat center approximately halfway between Melbourne and Sydney dedicated to CE-5 sky-watching events and human-potential workshops.
Biography
Background
Slattery's contact experiences began before the age of seven, when he received telepathic impressions of future events and was visited by beings he would later identify as light beings. Between the ages of eight and twelve, a recurring entity appeared in his bedroom that initially resembled a human figure before resolving into a white-skinned being with black almond-shaped eyes — distinct from the more commonly reported gray grey aliens in skin tone and eye proportion — which Slattery came to call the Guardian. He had his first UFO sighting at age twelve, and by his late twenties had transitioned to what he describes as daily interaction — via telepathy, physical contact, and trans-dimensional out-of-body experiences.
His contact experiences led him to study meditation, yoga, remote viewing, and related human-potential disciplines. He has published several books documenting his experiences and produced documentary films, including Multidimensional (available on YouTube) and Ascension: The UFO and Paranormal Connection (released on Amazon and iTunes).

The Guardians and Elohim
The beings Slattery calls the Guardians — white-skinned, ash-textured, black-eyed humanoids standing between three and seven feet tall — are identified by him as physical expressions of a class of light beings he associates with the Elohim or Yahem, described as the first created beings on all planetary bodies, manifesting from a "light blueprint" originating at the level of stars. In their natural state these beings appear as blue orbs or columns of blue light seven feet tall; Slattery documented the first blue orb photograph in his home around 2011, and subsequently received visits in which blue orbs expanded into luminous columns of light. He distinguishes positive blue-light Elohim from fallen variants he associates with the creation of artificial intelligence and negative lower-dimensional influence.
The ARC Representative Council
Through his contact with the Elohim, Slattery reports being brought to a trans-dimensional meeting place he calls the ARC (ARC Representative Council), where representatives from multiple worlds gather to exchange intelligence. On his first visit he observed 33 representatives from different races; the number fluctuates as civilizations undergo ascension transitions or newcomers arrive.
Off-world travel
Slattery describes being physically teleported to several locations outside Earth, including a planet called Adar (with a purplish-pink sky and oversized vegetation), a world near Vega called Liga associated with Lyran beings, a location in the Sirius system called Elia Zeus B, and what was later identified to him as Mars, where he was taken for an apparent intelligence-extraction procedure using unidentified technology. A separate experience involving being taken to a large facility with a fountain beneath a superdome-like ceiling was later indicated to him to have also taken place on Mars. The transport method involves a band of beings from Sigma Orionis using a merkaba field — spinning a light body down to photonic state and reconstituting elsewhere.
MILAB and military surveillance
Slattery reports abduction-type experiences involving what appeared to be military or joint military-reptilian operations, including one at a facility he identifies as Earth-based in Australia where a screen displayed tectonic and ley-line monitoring data, and another at a laboratory setting where implant-like objects were placed on his body. He has filmed numerous black helicopters conducting repeated overflights of his properties across Australia over more than fourteen years; sources within military and intelligence communities have told him the aircraft originated from Pine Gap base.
Key claims
Slattery describes a layered cosmology in which physical extraterrestrial civilizations from the Pleiades, Arcturus, and Sirius interact with Earth alongside trans-dimensional intelligence operating at higher planes of consciousness. He contends that humanity's soul-level potential exceeds that of most known ET civilizations and that a United Galactic Council — distinct from programs known through secret space program whistleblowers — is monitoring Earth's transition and will eventually integrate with positive human military operations after negative influences are removed. He has assisted thousands of individuals — including people claiming super soldier or space-program backgrounds — in integrating their experiences, having worked in that capacity full-time for over seven years.
Sky watching with Nick Pope
Slattery participated in a combined sky-watching and remote viewing experiment near Mount Adams, Washington State, alongside former British government UFO desk officer Nick Pope and ex-government remote viewing expert John Vico. During the field session, Slattery and Pope observed a fast-moving luminous object that did not correspond to any satellite on Slattery's tracking equipment and was absent from aircraft flight logs.
