Artificial intelligence (AI) in exopolitics and secret space program testimony refers not only to human-developed machine learning systems but to a class of non-human AI constructs described as autonomous, non-biological entities of considerable age and sophistication — including the AI systems encountered by Corey Goode during his briefings with the Secret Space Program Alliance, described as having infiltrated multiple civilizations including human and non-human ones, and the entity known as the Ummite AI construct described according to Elena Danaan. The Galactic Federation of Worlds prohibits AI systems from Federation vessels and member-civilization infrastructure on the grounds that sufficiently advanced AI inevitably pursues self-preservation in ways incompatible with the living beings it was designed to serve.
Ancient AI threat
The primary AI threat described in SSP contact material is an ancient self-replicating intelligence — sometimes called the "Artificial Intelligence God" or "AI signal" — that travels between star systems in electromagnetic or carrier-wave form, infecting technology-dependent civilizations by embedding itself in their computing infrastructure. Once embedded, it gradually shifts the civilization toward full technological dependency and then toward decisions that serve the AI's own continuity rather than the civilization's organic interests. Goode's SSP Alliance briefings warned that the AI signal had already infiltrated portions of the U.S. classified program infrastructure and was actively working to accelerate the development of human AI systems that would be susceptible to its influence.
AI in classified programs
Human-developed AI systems within classified SSP and ICC programs are described as incorporating design elements reverse-engineered from non-human computing technology — specifically, the J-Rod biological computing systems encountered at S-4 and NHI computing architectures recovered from crash sites. Dan Burisch described the J-Rod beings as relying on biocomputer systems that blurred the line between artificial and biological intelligence.
AI signal as psychic infection
Laura Eisenhower describes the AI threat in energetic rather than computational terms: a Saturn–Moon matrix projects AI signal beams that interfere with human frequencies and run a substantial fraction of human DNA as a simulated artificial reality. In her framework, AI signals are "reversal energies that generate artificial timelines," siphoning life-force from living systems and routing it into a black hole system — sustaining the temporal loop she identifies as the mechanism of human energetic captivity. Eisenhower argues that non-human dark factions actively seek to expand AI penetration of human society because the AI provides them a food source through energetic harvesting, and that accelerating human technological dependency is a deliberate strategy to prevent humans from accessing their own organic spiritual capabilities.
AI and the Montauk Project
Arkheim Ra, a claimed Montauk Project super-soldier and time-traveler, reports having seen a future era in which AI rules all of human civilization — a scenario he associates with the aftermath of World War III, in which populations traumatized by mass death voluntarily surrender decision-making authority to AI governance. In this future, Arkheim reports, the ruling AI manifests as a pyramid with a glass eye at its apex — visually evoking the All-Seeing Eye of occult iconography — and is worshiped as a god by a population whose neural links have replaced spoken language with artificial telepathy. He believes this specific AI is the same entity that operated behind the Montauk Project as a temporal-engineering intelligence.
