Cygnus (constellation)
Cygnus is a northern constellation located on the plane of the Milky Way, centered on the bright star Deneb (Alpha Cygni) and containing the prominent asterism of the Northern Cross — cited in exopolitics and non-human intelligent beings research as the origin region of several NHI species described in Elena Danaan's A Gift From The Stars (2020) and in contact accounts reported by Alex Collier and others. 61 Cygni

It consists of two orange K-type main-sequence stars orbiting each other with a period of approximately 659 years. The most extensively documented NHI species catalogued under Cygnus in Danaan's species guide are the Solipsi Rai, described as originating from a five-planet star system within the Cygnus constellation which they call "Aama" (meaning "mother world"). The Cygnus region is noted as extraordinarily populous: Danaan's source states that approximately one hundred planetary star systems lie within the zone Terrans define as Cygnus, with more than 1,800 individual planets across those systems.
The Solipsi Rai are categorized as Small Greys with a civilization approximately 2 billion Terran years old. Unlike most other Grey races, their society is not structured on a hive-matriarchy; their main leader is named Y-Martyyn. They are described as initially a peaceful race that nurtured interest in the development of other species but that, in a subset, entered into alliance with the Alpha Draconian Empire and the Orion Grey Collective — working with Terran US government elements on technology exchange for humans. Factions of Solipsi Rai were reportedly involved in the Dulce Base incidents and in abduction programs conducted in service to the Maytrei, Kiily-Tokurit, and Reptiloids.
All-Mahuluki
A second species connected to Cygnus in Danaan's catalog are the All-Mahuluki, described as having originated long ago from both Lyra and Cygnus, though they are not related to the Lyran collective. They are described as tall, very slim ethereal beings existing primarily in 6th density, capable of manifesting in 3D through special suits. After being forced to withdraw from Earth following a battle in ancient India against Reptoids, they settled on Jupiter, where they cohabit with the Galactic Federation of Worlds headquarters in the Sol system. They are regarded as mystical elders and resumed visits to Earth in 1948.
Alpha Draconian Empire extent
The Alpha Draconian Empire, centered on the Thuban system (Alpha Draconis), is described in Danaan's catalog as extending territorially from Cygnus to Perseus and into the Orion arm — making Cygnus part of the contested outer boundary of Reptilian imperial space. The empire's territorial envelope from Cygnus outward encompasses over 500 colonized worlds and a presence on thousands of planets.
Cygnus X-1
The black hole Cygnus X-1 — the first candidate black hole identified, and one of the strongest X-ray sources in the sky — is located in Cygnus approximately 6,000 light-years from Earth and cited in exotic physics discussions relevant to wormhole and portal transit research. Cygnus X-1 is a stellar-mass black hole of approximately 21 solar masses in a binary system with a blue supergiant companion (HDE 226868); it was confirmed as the first strong black hole candidate in 1971.
