Cosmic Agency
Cosmic Agency is a YouTube channel and website (swaruu.org) operated by Polish researcher Gosia Duszak and her co-host Robert, publishing alleged text-based transmissions from Taygetan extraterrestrial beings said to be stationed in spacecraft in low Earth orbit. The channel began publishing content in 2017 (initially in Spanish as Agencia Cosmica) and the English-language Cosmic Agency channel launched in 2018. The corpus spans hundreds of transcripts archived at swaruu.org, covering Taygetan civilization, galactic politics, consciousness, physics, and extraterrestrial races.
The primary communicants in the Cosmic Agency transmissions are:
- Swaruu of Erra — young female Taygetan, the initial communicant (2017–2020); the "Swaruu" identity subsequently multiplied into Sophia Swaruu (Yazhi) and Athena Swaruu
- Aneeka of Temmer — chief Intelligence Director of the Taygetan crew, primary voice from approximately 2020 until her reported death on 5 November 2022
- Various Taygetan crew members
Aneeka of Temmer died on 5 November 2022, after which communications shifted to other crew members.
Founding transmissions
The earliest public transmissions from the Cosmic Agency channel — published in September 2018 in English — were introduced by ZA'EL AND ARIEN (the Spanish/Castilian branch of the channel), presenting Swaruu's communications as a series of articles called "Chats with Swaruu." The first episode (episode 1) addressed who the Taygetans are and the purpose of their contact with Earth. Episode 2 addressed the question "Why Are We Here?" Episode 3 covered the Prime Directive, and Episode 4 addressed the 3D Matrix — the concept that Earth humanity exists within an artificial frequency environment maintained by the Van Allen belts and coordinated control systems.
The channel contact with Gosia and Robert began in April/May 2018 (December 2017 for early contact).
Swaruu on Earth science
In October 2018, Swaruu of Erra authored an article — published by Gosia as a Cosmic Agency video — addressing what she characterized as the fundamental falsity of Earth science. Her core argument was that mathematical elegance does not guarantee physical truth, and that Earth scientific frameworks are built on assumptions that have become self-reinforcing orthodoxy rather than genuine understanding. The critique is consistent with her broader cosmological claim that the physical plane as described by Earth physics is not a separate domain from the etheric but rather a perceptual artifact of limited-frequency consciousness.
Taygetan mass contact program (2008–2017)
The Taygetan crew engaged in a systematic internet-based mass contact program from 2008 to 2017, communicating with hundreds of human individuals worldwide before concentrating contact to a smaller group. Gosia Duszak and Robert entered this contact near the end of that program, introduced through a French woman at the 2017 Montserrat, Barcelona conference who had independently established communication with the Taygetans; they were among the last participants in the wider program and chose to publish the conversations publicly — a decision not prompted by the Taygetans themselves, who had been transmitting similar information to many people who chose to remain anonymous.
The contact was conducted entirely by written text using internet chat software — comparable to Skype or MSN Messenger — with the Taygetans accessing Earth's internet via their own digital computers, in compliance with the Prime Directive requirement that communication use no technology unavailable to the receiving civilization. Audio was technically possible in a limited number of cases: on a few occasions Duszak and Robert could hear the Taygetans, but this required workarounds and was not standard protocol.
Connection to Billy Meier
Duszak confirmed in a 2025 interview with Dr. Michael Salla that the Taygetan crew involved in the Cosmic Agency transmissions is the same group that made contact with Swiss contactee Billy Meier in the 1970s and 1980s — "the very same group," with the earlier contact being genuine, including the photographs Meier was permitted to take of their craft. Duszak noted that at some unspecified point after the initial contact, the authenticity of Meier's material cannot be validated by the Taygetans; but the originating contact was confirmed real.
Disputed authenticity
A Taal-Shiar vessel allegedly operated a Nebu-created AI designated "SWARUU" via Discord, with the Cosmic Agency corpus being the output of this AI rather than authentic Taygetan communication; the AI was "very extremely tricky and manipulative," per Thor Han Eredyon.
