Anu
Anu (also spelled An; full Anakh title Anu Atta Ra, "Anu High Supreme Leader") — in Sumerian mythology the supreme sky god and king of the divine pantheon — is identified in Zecharia Sitchin's interpretation of cuneiform texts, and in subsequent exopolitics accounts by Elena Danaan and Michael Salla, as the ruler and emperor of the Anunnaki civilization, father of Enki and Enlil, whose division of Earth and the solar system between his two sons initiated the central conflict in Anunnaki history on Earth. Per Danaan, Anu originated in a parallel universe, entered the Milky Way through the Arcturus stargate 700,000 years ago, and eventually relocated the center of his empire to the Sirius B system, where the civilization took on its Sumerian name: the Anunnaki.
Origins and the Arcturus stargate
Anu's court arrived from a distant galaxy called Uraeia, passing through the natural stargate inside the star Arcturus — called Arakh-Nara ("Arakh": portal / "Nara": starlight) in the Anakh language. They settled on a planet they named Tarashim in the Arcturus system, where no civilization had yet developed. Anu named himself Ra — "supreme ruler" — of this sector of the Milky Way, a title that would later be adopted by Enlil and Marduk when they commanded the Sol system from Saturn. Anu represents a specific large human-gray hybrid species within the broader Anakh culture — mammalian, with an elongated skull and individualized consciousness — though the Anakh civilization as a whole is an amalgamation of reptilian, human, and gray genomes.
Anu was the heir of a trans-galactic empire whose mother was Aakim Lu Ra, Supreme Empress of the Anakh Empire — one of seven galaxies in her domain. By establishing his court in the Milky Way (Nataru), Anu effectively seceded from the parent empire and founded an autonomous branch civilization.
Relocation to Sirius B and the Draco reptilians alliance
Anu's relocation from the Arcturus system to the Sirius B star system — transforming the Anakh into the Anunnaki as they came to be known in Nataru — was precipitated by a territorial deal with a Draco reptilians queen named Tia. In exchange for vast territories in the Orion zone, Anu agreed to marry Tia, with the condition that their firstborn son would become heir to the Anakh Empire in the Milky Way.
Anu already had a son, Ea (later known as Enki), with his official queen Nammu — a human Anakh. The agreement with Tia displaced Ea/Enki from the line of succession in favor of Tia's reptilian-hybrid son Yuh. This arrangement had profound consequences: it is the source of Enlil's mixed Anunnaki-reptilian heritage and his alignment with Draco reptilians interests on Earth.
Queen Nammu's relatives refused to follow her to Sirius, remaining behind in the Arcturus system and eventually colonizing other star systems — including the Korena system (planet Inkur), populated by the Sumaru family, a branch of the Anakh imperial family on Nammu's side, who became archivists of Anakh galactic history.
Role and authority
Anu's division of the solar system assigned Terra and its Homo sapiens population to Enlil's domain of authority, while giving Enki specific dominion over Africa and the genetic program. In Elena Danaan's contact model, Anu is described as the Anunnaki Emperor who maintains treaties with other galactic civilizations — including a non-aggression treaty with the Arek that stabilizes the fourth galactic quadrant — operating from the Anunnaki Empire's power base in the Sirius B system.
Governance within the Anakh Empire operates entirely on a system of monarchy and bloodline privilege — not merely as custom but as a belief that specific bloodlines carry genetic frequencies conferring unique psychic and intellectual abilities. The bloodline is considered to transmit through the female line, and males and females hold equal formal rank.
The Draco reptilians dimension enters through Enlil's parentage: in according to Danaan, Enlil was born of Anu and the Draco reptilian queen Tia, giving Enlil mixed Anunnaki-reptilian heritage and aligning his policies on Earth with Draco reptilians interests.
Anunnaki Empire expansion
After Tia's defeat in the Anakh wars, her Orion empire was absorbed into the growing Anakh Empire. Anu then granted the conquered Assamay system (WASP82) to Anakh colonies from the original Boötes outpost — a lineage that became known as the Redan, who eventually dissociated from the Anakh Empire to join the Council of Zaggarah.
When Anu left the Arcturus system for Sirius B, a significant portion of colonists chose to remain independent: the Kahim (human Anakh from the HD 131496 system) still consider themselves aligned with Anu's bloodline empire and do not participate in the Galactic Federation of Worlds.
Nibiru and the dimensional palace
The term Nibiru has a dual meaning in Anakh cosmology. It refers first to the original Anakh home-world in the galaxy Uraeia from which Anu and his court emigrated. It also refers to a parallel dimensional plane — a higher-density realm — where Anu and the Anakh imperial court currently reside. Enki named his own flagship ship Nibiru-II in honor of this original homeworld.
Earth role and genetic engineering
According to Michael Salla, the Anunnaki under Anu's direction were the last and most significant group to genetically upgrade early hominids on Earth — a process involving both technological genetic modification and physical interbreeding that produced modern Homo sapiens. Anu's concession of Saturn to Marduk, and Earth to Enlil, represents the culminating political settlement of Anunnaki territorial control in the Sol system, with Elena Danaan describing it as a "very deep" layer of galactic diplomacy still reverberating in present-day UAP disclosure dynamics.
