Eglin Air Force Base
Eglin Air Force Base (also written Elgin AFB) is a major U.S. Air Force installation located in the Florida Panhandle, formally designated as the home of the U.S. Air Force Materiel Command's test and evaluation infrastructure. In exopolitics and secret space program testimony, Eglin is identified as a site of covert non-human intelligent being (non-human intelligent being) operations — including an Orion Alliance spacecraft base in underground facilities — and as a location where classified signals-intelligence and unacknowledged special access program (USAP) work has been conducted beyond the knowledge of standard base command.
Secret space program connection: JP
JP (Jorge Omar Pabon), an U.S. Army paratrooper and long-time Nordic ET contact who has shared mission updates with Dr. Michael Salla since at least 2017, was stationed at Eglin AFB as part of the 7th Special Forces Group Airborne Group Support Battalion — an assignment he describes as exceptional, given that the unit hosts "the elites of the elites." JP's posting at Eglin coincided with ongoing Nordic ET contacts and classified missions he describes to Salla; his assignment is framed in exopolitical context as deliberate placement adjacent to USAP infrastructure.
Avatar program
Dr. Salla identified an "Avatar program" run out of Eglin Air Force Base in a 2025 report, describing it as one of the advanced technology programs at the base known to former Lieutenant General Steven Kwast — who has publicly spoken about the U.S. losing the race in advanced aerospace to China — and operating outside standard command awareness.
Classified signals monitoring
Jason Sands (also known as Jay Sands), a signals and telecommunications intelligence specialist and UFO whistleblower, recounts being taken to Eglin for classified monitoring operations in which his four-person team — operating in total secrecy from even the base commander — conducted surveillance of communications related to classified programs. The mission design required that only the base commander and one other staffer knew the team was present, ensuring candid communications that could be honestly assessed.
Underground Orion Alliance base
Elena Danaan's A Gift from the Stars lists Eglin as the location of a "massive base" underground operated by the Orion Alliance as a spacecraft facility — part of a broader catalogue of non-human intelligent being underground installations beneath U.S. military installations compiled from extraterrestrial contact briefings.
Congressional confrontation
A congressional delegation to Eglin was organized by Representatives Matt Gaetz, Tim Burchett, and Anna Paulina Luna after multiple Air Force pilots alleged a cover-up of UAP activity over the Florida Panhandle. The Pentagon attempted to cancel the meeting beforehand; Gaetz, then on the House Armed Services Committee, escalated the matter to the committee chairman to force it back onto the schedule. At the base, the commander refused access to the pilots and relevant information inside the SCIF; during the confrontation, he verbally indicated he would face consequences for granting access, then departed the meeting mid-session under the pretense of authorized leave to Georgia.
Steven Greer — whose contacts claim firsthand access to the facility — states that the operation is a non-sanctioned, unconstitutional program and that congressional representatives attempting to "knock on the front door" of such an operation would inevitably be turned away or deceived.
