Lockheed Martin
Lockheed Martin is the world's largest defense contractor by revenue, and in exopolitics and secret space program testimony the primary corporate node through which recovered non-human technology has been reverse-engineered into classified aerospace programs since the 1950s — with its legendary Skunk Works advanced development facility in Palmdale, California, identified by multiple witnesses as the hub of classified antigravity and advanced propulsion research funded through unaccountable black budget channels. Bob Lazar identified Lockheed and EG&G as the primary contractors operating at the S-4 facility at Papoose Lake, Nevada, where he claims to have worked on the propulsion system of a recovered non-human craft.
Skunk Works
The Lockheed Skunk Works — formally the Lockheed Advanced Development Company — was established in 1943 under engineer Kelly Johnson and produced the U-2, SR-71 Blackbird, and F-117 Nighthawk through classified advanced development processes. In SSP testimony, the Skunk Works serves as the publicly visible face of a much larger classified program; the aircraft the public knows about represent declassified or near-declassified versions of programs whose classified counterparts operate with technology decades more advanced. Greer estimated that "80% or more of all the craft that people see are coming out of the Lockheed Skunk Works" and associated contractors, with the remainder being genuine off-planet craft. Ben Rich, Skunk Works director from 1975 to 1991, publicly stated before his death that the U.S. had the means to travel to the stars and that the technology was locked in black programs.
Skunk Works leadership statements
Rich made several public statements near the end of his life (he died in 1995) acknowledging that the U.S. possessed technology enabling interstellar travel. At a 1993 UCLA School of Engineering Alumni speech, he stated: "We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity." These statements are among the most frequently cited pieces of evidence by exopolitics researchers that classified SSP programs with advanced propulsion operate inside contractor structures like Lockheed.
Reverse-engineering allegations
Don Phillips, a Skunkworks design engineer from approximately 1960 to 1965 who worked directly under Kelly Johnson, testified that technology recovered from the Roswell crash was transferred to industry through the Army and subsequently put to use: "Yes, there were some captured craft from 1947... they were real and yes, we really did get some technology from them and yes, we really did put it to work." Products Phillips attributed to this recovered technology included the computer chip, fiber optics, night vision, and bulletproof vests.
Phillips stated that antigravity research was being conducted by consultants to the Skunkworks — "actually using the force that is generated naturally by the planet Earth to repel off of it" — and that new propulsion systems were under development throughout the 1960s. He stated that Kelly Johnson was aware of the UFO issue but remained focused on his immediate engineering work.
Phillips further described the institutional origins of Area 51 as traceable to personnel dispatched by Kelly Johnson: two retired Skunkworks associates told Phillips in 1995–96 that they had been the ones who "actually went out there for Kelly Johnson" to establish the test site.
Electrogravitics and illegal secret government projects
Steven Greer identifies two parallel government structures: the "constitutional government of the United States" (the legal government) and the "Illegal Secret Government projects" (ISG) — with Lockheed Skunk Works specifically named as housing compartmented ISG operations focused on electrogravitic propulsion technology "which has nothing to do with rockets, jets, conventional aerodynamics." Greer describes electrogravitics as "the ability to create a very high voltage system that causes an electromagnetic field propulsion — almost like an electromagnetic field bubble around an object" capable of Mach 5 velocities, with these programs dating back decades before public knowledge of either UFOs or advanced propulsion became mainstream. Greer further identifies Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, General Electric, and a division of Ford as participants in the same classified technology network, with "thousands" of personnel distributed across compartments organized through Top Secret/SCI protocols that prevent workers at adjacent desks from knowing each other's programs.
Naval intelligence liaison claims
William Tompkins, a naval intelligence operative and aerospace engineer who worked at Douglas Aircraft and later at TRW, described Lockheed's classified programs as part of a broader contractor network that received compartmented material from Navy intelligence operations — including intelligence gathered by Navy spies embedded in Nazi Germany's advanced aerospace programs during World War II. In Tompkins' account, the aerospace contractors including Lockheed were deliberately seeded with recovered alien technology and intelligence about German disc programs to drive classified research in the postwar period, with the Skunk Works serving as the primary absorption point for the most sensitive material.
Prominence in UFO legacy program accusations
A 2025 investigative analysis by UAP Gerb noted that Lockheed "sits in the spotlight of UFO legacy program accusations, more so than any other contractor," with discussions of Lockheed and UFOs dwarfing "similar discussion around the Mitre Corporation, Northrop Grumman, SAIC, Laos, Battelle Memorial Institute" and Department of Energy-sponsored research centers. The analysis further noted that "Lockheed Helendale radar cross section facility houses a subterranean facility dedicated to the study and housing of recovered UFOs," and that even David Grusch "mentioned Lockheed by name" in his congressional testimony and Joe Rogan podcast appearance "whilst keeping some of the other names mentioned above in the shadows."
