Antarctica
Antarctica is the southernmost continent, and in exopolitics and secret space program testimony, the primary terrestrial manufacturing hub for the Dark Fleet and a site of pre-Adamite civilization ruins discovered by classified programs in the 20th century. The continent's role as a classified operations center is attributed to German wartime evacuation of disc-craft programs to the Neuschwabenland region in 1945, subsequent corporate manufacturing expansion, and the existence of extensive subsurface ruins of an advanced pre-human civilization predating the last polar shift. The continent possesses extended underground systems and is the site of complex operations involving multiple adversary groups — both terrestrial and extraterrestrial — collectively designated the Antarctican Collective.
Ancient Reptilian presence
Antarctica's history as a non-human stronghold long predates the modern era. A race of reptilian shape-shifters maintained a base on the continent — which at the time occupied a different climatic zone — and came into conflict with a Lyran colony that had settled around present-day India and the Gobi Desert. The war ended when the Lyran colonists developed and launched a super-weapon against the Antarctic base; the resulting explosion was so powerful it shifted Earth's rotational axis, catastrophically altering the continent's climate and position. A number of Reptilian colonies survived in underground cavern systems in other parts of the world, including Patala, a seven-levelled cavern where indigenous populations encountered the Nagai and observed their ships entering and leaving mountain sides.
Dark Fleet and German operations
The treaty between the Thule group (later known as "Nazi") and the Alpha Draconian Empire, the Altairan Collective, and the Orion Grey Collective was signed before the Second World War. The Thule group made alliance with a Reptilian faction already residing under Antarctica, and this Reptilian group guided them to establish their base there. The Reptilians provided metallic shielding compounds, guidance on spacecraft design and propulsion core technology, and medical information on cloning and genetic technologies.
After Germany's military defeat in 1945, engineers, personnel, and completed disc-craft prototypes were evacuated to New Swabia (Neuschwabenland) in Antarctica and to South America, where construction continued under strict secrecy under what became the Dark Fleet. A post-war agreement with the U.S. military-industrial complex provided personnel and resources, and Antarctica became the primary manufacturing hub for the Dark Fleet's interstellar craft, with ICC corporations subsequently establishing manufacturing operations there alongside the German program. This allied force spread terror through the sector of the galaxy, committing atrocities against peaceful inhabitants of other worlds; members of the Thule group took part in interstellar flights as far as the Altair system and the Orion zone. Explorer and author Brad Olsen, who visited Antarctica and wrote The Secrets of Antarctica, describes captured Kriegsmarine U-boat maps recovered from Soviet archives after the USSR's collapse that contain precise diving instructions for U-boats to navigate under the ice — evidence that the German submarine fleet had charted underwater access routes to the Antarctic interior: "We had some really groundbreaking evidence that the Kriegsmarine U boats of the 3rd Reich had directional maps to go under the ice." Olsen additionally cites Operation Paperclip scientist Hermann Oberth's admission that the rapid technological advancement of the SS aerospace program was assisted by extraterrestrial help — "we had help from our friends from above" — corroborating whistleblower claims that Reptilians guided the German Antarctic program.
The Draco reptilians and Altairans regularly fought over territoriality in Antarctica — an ongoing conflict invisible to the surface world but rendering the continent "extremely dangerous and unstable." Alongside Draco reptilians and Orion Grey bases, a large presence of blond humanoid races occupied the Antarctic underground — both Akhori Altairans (working with the Thule group) and Telosi separatists (working with the US military). The Ashtar Collective (Sirius-based, ruled by Orion Reptilians) also maintained involvement with these Antarctic alliances.
Following the Jupiter Agreements of 2021, the Dark Fleet's Antarctic facilities were reportedly transferred to the Earth Alliance via a handover involving China, with the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate potentially repurposed to build interstellar craft for the Alliance using the same facilities.
Ahnenerbe intelligence and ancient cartography
Researcher Brad Olsen, author of The Secrets of Antarctica, argues that the German drive to Antarctica was directly precipitated by the Ahnenerbe expeditions to Tibet in 1937–1938: the Germans returned from Tibet with what Olsen describes as "actionable intelligence" pointing to an inner-Earth access network, and moved to launch the Neuschwabenland expedition to Antarctica with unusual urgency immediately afterward. Olsen further identifies a series of pre-discovery cartographic sources — including the Piri Reis, Mercator, and Bauche maps — depicting an ice-free Antarctic continent with sub-glacial waterways shown as open passages, which he argues were the ancient-map sources the German U-boat navigational instructions were ultimately derived from: "The maps of the ancient sea kings, this could go all the way back to Atlantis."
Pre-Adamite ruins
Corey Goode describes the discovery, in the early 20th century, of an extensive pre-Adamite civilization beneath the Antarctic ice — ruins of a city and its inhabitants, including elongated-skull remains, preserved under the ice sheet and remaining classified through the present day. These ruins are associated in Goode's testimony with the pre-deluge civilizations described in ancient texts who occupied Earth before a polar shift catastrophically altered the continent's position. Goode specifically describes the pre-Adamite refugees as humanoids twelve to fourteen feet tall with elongated skulls, arriving from a destroyed planet in the inner asteroid belt, who established worldwide elite bloodlines by genetically altering local humans — corresponding to figures described in ancient texts as "gods" and "Nephilim." He identifies three large motherships that crash-landed on Antarctica as the origin point of this civilization, corroborated by fellow whistleblower Pete Peterson. Antarctica was chosen because it occupied a temperate zone prior to a polar shift approximately 13,000 years ago that relocated the continent to its current position.
Operation Highjump and US–German rapprochement
A US military expedition was sent in 1946 to take over the bases of the Thule collective, but the operation was defeated by a Reptilian counterattack. Operation Highjump (1946–47), the large U.S. naval expedition to Antarctica commanded by Rear Admiral Richard Byrd, is interpreted in exopolitics testimony as a failed military attempt to neutralize the German-established underground facility network — an operation that encountered craft of unknown propulsion and suffered significant casualties before withdrawing ahead of schedule. Remote viewing sessions conducted by the Farsight Institute under blind scientific protocol and analyzed by Michael Salla described the battle: five independent remote viewers, given only the target description "the most significant battle between Nazi forces in Antarctica and U.S. forces circa the end of World War Two," each independently described flying saucers emerging from both outer space and undersea locations, piloted by a mix of humans and extraterrestrials, engaging U.S. conventional aircraft — and described the encounter as "a massacre," with the extraterrestrial craft using laser weapons to disintegrate attacking forces before they reached the German base.
Despite this military failure, scientific cooperation was soon created between the two parties — US scientists were sent to Antarctica, and German scientists to the US for the aerospace industry, following collateral financial interests. Over time and through intricate deals, the US military-industrial complex became involved in numerous domains with the Reptilian residents of Antarctica and asserted a growing presence on the continent. The final deals were settled in 1955, involving many other countries as well.
Slave facilities and abduction operations
According to Elena Danaan, the Altairan, Thule, and Orion outposts under the Antarctic ice allegedly run slave facilities where human captives serve three purposes. First, abductees are reportedly stored before being transported to Terra's Moon and Mars facilities for trading toward other destinations in the galaxy — Antarctica functions as one of several spaceports for the galactic slave trade. Second, captives serve as slave labor in secret advanced technology programs. Third, thousands of abductees are used for genetic and cloning experiments, radiation testing, and biological testing. These operations are not solely extraterrestrial in origin — US and German secret state programs, together with transnational corporations, are deeply involved for scientific, industrial, and financial purposes.
Underwater and sub-Antarctic bases
The Alpha Draconian Empire maintains a base at Lake Vostok in Antarctica, while the Corporate of Altair operates one large sub-Antarctic base in addition to installations in the Northern Sea, Irish Sea, and Indian Ocean.
Antarctican Collective

The various factions operating in and under Antarctica are collectively designated the Antarctican Collective (also called the Antarctican Alliance). Its membership comprises the Corporate of Altair, Kiily-Tokurt, Draco reptilians, Zeta Xrog, the Thule (former "Nazi") MIEC, the US-Telos Alliance, and the Orion Collective. The collective uses a part of the ancient Agarthan underground facilities for its operations.
Space arks under Lake Vostok
Jean Charles Moyen, a French secret space program experiencer, described being teleported by Galactic Federation of Worlds contact Thorn to a location he was told was directly beneath Lake Vostok in Antarctica. In an underground chamber he described seven blue-skinned beings in stasis tubes arranged in a star pattern, each tube illuminated when he approached and dimming when he stepped away — interpreted as a biometric interaction with his DNA. A portal of blue liquid light was visible in the center of the chamber, which he subsequently entered and was transported to a second ark at another location on Earth. Elena Danaan independently recalled the same teleportation event from her own perspective, with Thorn confirming to her that she was a physical witness to Jean Charles' experience.
Intergalactic portal
A key feature of Antarctica in exopolitics accounts is the presence of an intergalactic portal — a transportation gateway capable of transmitting individuals to worlds in other galaxies. This portal was the stated reason Antarctica was chosen as the site for the December 2021 Cabal surrender meeting, at which global elites were reportedly summoned to negotiate terms with extraterrestrial and Earth Alliance representatives at the former Dark Fleet facilities.
Raytheon and classified infrastructure
Eric Hecker, a firefighter employed at the Amundsen–Scott South Pole Station by Raytheon Technologies, alleged in 2023 that a classified covert infrastructure operated alongside legitimate US scientific research presence at the South Pole, including a system he described as a directed-energy weapon capable of triggering seismic events.
