ICC Mars colony inspection

In mid-2015, SSP Alliance representatives Corey Goode and Lieutenant Colonel Gonzales allegedly visited an Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) facility on Mars for a supervised inspection of colonist living conditions, conducted to investigate reported slave labor among workers who had reportedly been recruited from Earth under false pretenses. The inspection ended in the detention of Goode, Gonzales, and their security team when Goode inadvertently revealed Earth's existence to a colonist who had been told the planet had been destroyed.

Background

The ICC operates dozens of colonies, industrial facilities, and manufacturing plants on Mars. Many colonists had been recruited during the "brain drain" era of the 1950s and 1960s by approaching highly educated individuals — scientists, engineers, doctors — and telling them that Earth was about to undergo catastrophic changes, and that they were "special" candidates selected to preserve the human species on Mars. Once on Mars, colonists were told Earth had been rendered uninhabitable — a deception designed to eliminate any motivation to escape.

After Goode's public reports about Martian slave colonies gained circulation, and amid fears that large-scale data dumps similar to the Snowden revelations would expose ICC operations, the ICC offered the SSP Alliance a supervised inspection of a Mars facility of the Alliance's choosing as a public-relations measure.

The inspection

Goode and Gonzales were transported to the Lunar Operations Command (LOC) via blue orb transport, then transferred to an ICC shuttle craft. En route, Gonzales used a smart glass pad displaying a three-dimensional map of Mars with facility icons to select an ICC facility in the Southern Hemisphere — one not offered by the ICC representative, who "immediately straightened up and was disturbed."

The party entered the facility through a concealed canyon opening and were taken by narrow maglev train approximately 8 kilometers to an industrial complex where neurological-optical interface components were manufactured. During the train ride, Goode answered a colonist's question about his origin by saying "Texas" — immediately identifying him as someone from a planet the colonists had been told no longer existed.

On returning to the main hall, the party was shown a large auditorium presentation of ICC trade goods and technologies — described by Gonzales as a "dog and pony show." One ICC representative announced that the ICC conducted regular trade with nearly 900 extraterrestrial civilizations.

Colonist living quarters were described as "like jail cells" — recessed beds in walls, no private toilets, no windows, communal eating and bathing facilities. Colonists were on display to the inspection party having been directed to make a good impression.

The detention

As part of the inspection terms, the Alliance was entitled to bring one colonist family back for questioning. Gonzales selected a specific family based on coordinates he had noted mentally. Upon escorting the family — a husband, wife, son, and daughter — to the shuttle, Alliance intuitive empaths (IEs) sensed that a family member was missing. The family refused to speak, clearly under duress — likely threatened with reprisals against the missing member if they cooperated.

Gonzales left the shuttle to find the missing family member. Armed facility security then moved on the shuttle. Goode ordered the crew to stand down and open the door. The security team disarmed the Alliance personnel and escorted them into a previously concealed detention facility containing cells occupied by colonists.

Gonzales told Goode the facility leader was a "tyrant" who "couldn't handle being challenged in front of his own people," and that the situation "sounded like it was going to go very, very badly." Blue orb transport then extracted the entire Alliance group — Goode, Gonzales, security personnel, and shuttle crew — through the cell walls, leaving the ICC shuttle behind. The fate of the colonist family and the missing family member was never determined by the Alliance.

Colonist conditions and the ICC model

Goode described the ICC Mars colony system as analogous to exploitative child labor in terrestrial supply chains: colonists produced high-value trade goods and spacecraft components that the ICC exchanged with extraterrestrial civilizations for technology, while the colonists themselves received none of the commercial benefits. The ICC had explicitly committed to preventing any possibility of colonial independence, modeled on lessons drawn from the American Revolution, designing the colonies to be "the most draconian" and "very tyrannical type setups."

Goode's 2018 retelling

In a 2018 conference presentation at Mt. Shasta, Goode elaborated on sensory details of the inspection. He described having been recently in the sun and smelling like aloe — immediately identifying him as someone who did not belong in the facility's environment. The colonists' reaction on the train was shock: "everybody looked shocked and started, you know, shooting looks at each other," triggering the replacement of the security detail.

Public disclosure

Goode first publicly described the Mars slave colony system in online reports in 2015, before detailing the inspection episode on Cosmic Disclosure Season 1, Episode 7 ("Mars Colony Inspection"), aired on Gaia TV on 11 August 2015. Within days of the Cosmic Disclosure episode, the British Interplanetary Society held a symposium in London at which 30 aerospace engineers and government representatives discussed the practical problem of removing a tyrannical corporate manager from a future Mars base — an independent convergence that Michael Salla cited as corroboration of Goode's testimony.

Related testimony

Mark Domizio, who claims 38 years of service in Mars-based programs, independently described the ICC's Mars colony system as fundamentally dependent on slave labor, estimating that approximately 250,000 colonists were "mostly slaves... all slaves stuck in the ICC factories" working "in slave mode all the time." Domizio also described an illicit abduction pipeline in which technically skilled individuals were kidnapped from Earth and sold to programs, corroborating Goode's description of the "brain drain" recruitment deception.

Tony Rodrigues, a Ceres Colony Corporation slave labor claimant, described the broader extraterrestrial slave trade system in which the ICC operates, noting that slavery was "exported into space" and that extraterrestrial civilizations trade slaves as a major component of their economies. Rodrigues further described how the Ceres Colony Corporation sold consciousness of its human slaves to an extraterrestrial race for use in construction projects, acquiring new technology in return — a commercial model consistent with Goode's description of the ICC trading colonist labor products for extraterrestrial technology.
