They are divided into three groups: the Ohorai (9th density), the Glaideans, and the Noolinns — with the Ohorai being primarily responsible for Galactic Federation of Worlds operations on and around Earth. Physiology and consciousness

According to Campobasso, they have thin bodies with lanky arms and legs, skin that is either blue or milk white, large craniums, small noses and mouths, and large almond-shaped eyes with nictitating blue lenses. They can choose when to manifest into third-density physical form, but primarily exist in an etheric state where physical matter presents no obstacle to them. Venus
Following the elevation of Venus to fourth density by the Council of Five, Arcturians (Ohorai) are among the species inhabiting the fourth-to-sixth density plane of the Venusian environment alongside the extra-dimensional Koldasii collective. They have previously brought human souls to their starships during the dream state for healing, always respecting free will and never performing operations without consent.
Elmanuk comparison
Danaan's taxonomy notes the Elmanuk — a species from Alnair in the constellation Grus — as "quite similar to the Arcturians (Ohorai)" while being distinct, with their ships described as elegant V-shaped craft rather than the spherical vessels of the Ohorai. The Elmanuk visited Earth in 2002 to assist in preparations for the Great Awakening. Arcturian planet Ora
The Encyclopedia Galactica Volume I (sourced from Thor Han Eredyon via the GFW Excelsior database) introduces the specific name Ora for the Arcturian home planet — described as "a magnificent blue planet" and a gas giant with a dozen rocky moons. The Glaideans developed their civilization on most of these moons, while the Noo-Lin inhabit the large icy moon Ora Mura. The planet's blue coloration in the red giant Arcturus system represents an exceptional astrophysical situation: its unusual light environment, dominated by the red giant's spectral output, produces conditions substantially different from those of an Earth-like yellow-dwarf system, and the three Arcturian subspecies evolved distinct adaptations to this environment corresponding to their different density levels.
