Anshar
The Anshar (also Ansar or Anchar in transcription variants) are an alleged fourth-density inner Earth civilization whose origins lie in humanity's own future: a small group was sent back in time approximately 17 million years to act as "stewards" of the optimal temporal timeline, eventually growing into a large underground civilization with multiple cities in subterranean cavern systems. Their technology is entirely consciousness-based, with spacecraft that cannot function without a pilot whose consciousness serves simultaneously as power source and guidance system. The Anshar are the primary inner-Earth group offering guidance to humanity's transition to higher density, per Corey Goode, who had direct contact with them through his Secret Space Program service.
The Anshar previously misrepresented their origin to surface humans — claiming to be Pleiadians or other extraterrestrials — for operational security reasons, as surface militaries had developed deep-penetrating weaponry that endangered their underground cities. The Anshar are parties to what Goode calls the "Muhammad Accords" — a treaty ratified circa 600 CE between inner Earth groups, Nordic extraterrestrials, and the Orion Group agreeing to limit open contact with surface humanity — which the Anshar have recently broken to more openly assist in humanity's transition to higher density. Goode's Cosmic Disclosure testimony on the Anshar origin — delivered across multiple seasons of the Gaia TV series and later archived — provides additional detail: Kaaree told Goode that the Anshar experienced a "Mandela effect" type of temporal bifurcation in their future, leading them to send a small group back 17 million years to steward the timeline from before the anomaly could take hold: "They had their own Mandela effects occurring that caused them to look back and see about when this bifurcation was occurring, and they decided to send a group back 17 million years, just before the time that the temporal anomaly was occurring, to have this group be stewards of their timeline."

A central concern of the Anshar is the balance of masculine and feminine energies on Earth's surface. Goode reports that Anshar priestess Kaaree communicated that, following two major cataclysms in the past 50,000 years, humanity's masculine-feminine balance had been deliberately disrupted by reptilian and Orion groups, who introduced social and religious structures to perpetuate imbalance — because an imbalanced planet cannot attain the optimal temporal timeline the Anshar are tasked with maintaining. The Blue Avians of the Sphere Being Alliance deliver the same essential message to humanity as the Anshar, per according to Goode; both groups independently emphasize forgiving oneself and others and clearing karmic trauma as the prerequisites for navigating incoming cosmic energies.
A mind-meld contact between Goode and Kaaree reportedly produced a lasting shift in Goode's consciousness, leaving him unable to consume meat or any product that "once had a space" (i.e., sentient life), and deepening his empathy beyond its prior baseline.
Relationship to galactic federations
Dr. Michael Salla notes that the Anshar are described by Goode as members of both the Galactic Federation of Worlds and of the higher-density Galactic Confederation to which the Sphere Being Alliance belongs — consistent with the remote viewing work of Courtney Brown's team in 2021 and with the Edgar Cayce readings, which viewed the Anshar as among the most highly evolved civilizations in the galaxy. Alex Collier's Andromedan contacts referred to the same body the Anshar belong to as the "Galactic Commonwealth" or Confederation — distinct from the Super Federation of 4th-to-5th-density genetic farmer races operating closer to the physical plane.
