The expulsion of the Dark Fleet from Antarctica was the alleged forced departure of Dark Fleet military personnel from their Antarctic base complex in mid-2021, reportedly followed by a brief Chinese occupation of the abandoned facilities and their subsequent transfer to the Earth Alliance under the Jupiter Agreements. In late September 2021, China reportedly relinquished control of between three and five former Dark Fleet Antarctic bases to the Earth Alliance, as purportedly required under the Agreements. The transfer was reported by Michael Salla on the basis of intelligence relayed by Val Nek, a Galactic Federation of Worlds officer, through contactee Megan Rose. The former bases, allegedly previously operated by the Dark Fleet and the Saka Empire for human experimentation, technological manufacturing, and human trafficking, were reportedly to be repurposed for Earth Alliance star fleet construction.

The Dark Fleet Antarctica bases — a reported network of underground military and industrial installations in Neuschwabenland — had allegedly served as the Dark Fleet's primary earthside command hub from the post-World War II era through 2021. The bases reportedly included both Dark Fleet military facilities and six separate large industrial installations run by the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate; this latter corporate set was allegedly not part of the China handover and remained in ICC possession. According to Val Nek, the slave population at the bases numbered in the tens of thousands; most had allegedly been subjected to experimentation and reportedly required medical intervention by the Galactic Federation of Worlds using med beds.
The transfer
The Dark Fleet's reported departure from Antarctica allegedly created a power vacuum, drawing multiple nations to the abandoned facilities. The underground caverns reportedly featured geothermal volcanic activity that kept them warm enough for habitation, alongside substantial natural resources and advanced technology allegedly left in place by the departing forces.
According to Val Nek, China had originally claimed the Dark Fleet bases without legal agreement and in anticipation of expanding its own secret space program. At the July 2021 Jupiter meetings — reportedly attended by representatives of fourteen spacefaring nations and aerospace corporations — the Galactic Federation of Worlds allegedly designated the United States as the lead nation of the resulting alliance; China and Russia had initially opposed the Artemis Accords-derived framework but reportedly changed position once the Federation announced it would share advanced aerospace defense technologies only with cooperating nations.
Per Val Nek, the terms were strict: China was required to relinquish control of the former Dark Fleet bases in exchange for access to the stations and technologies being built by the Earth Alliance and the Federation. Per Val Nek, China did not retain autonomous control over any section of the transferred bases; the Federation's goal was to ensure all nations' space programs operated together toward "unity and peace."
Earth Alliance plans for the bases
Val Nek reported that the transferred bases would allegedly serve as manufacturing sites for the Earth Alliance's future star fleet, leveraging China's established role as a global manufacturing hub. The technology and infrastructure needed to build the star fleet were reportedly already available in Antarctica, making it a practical production site. Former Dark Fleet human workers at the bases were reportedly offered continued employment under the new Earth Alliance programs rather than being released or repatriated. The star fleet construction timeline was estimated to parallel that of next-generation nuclear submarine programs — reportedly completing in the early 2030s — consistent with Solar Warden insider William Tompkins's prediction that the next generation of Solar Warden space carriers would be ready for deployment in the early 2030s.
China's subsequent position
By 2023, Thor Han Eredyon reported to Elena Danaan that China had reversed course and was attempting to build a competing space federation of its own, separate from the Artemis-based Earth Alliance. Thor Han assessed this effort as unsustainable: "China will not be a threat. They will fail because they will be on their own... their economy will fail on this point. It will damage their country." The friction over the 2021 base handover — in which China had briefly claimed the bases unilaterally before the Jupiter Agreements compelled transfer — was identified as the origin of China's adversarial posture, as China resented being excluded from lead-nation status despite having held the former Dark Fleet facilities.
