Len Kasten
Len Kasten is an American author, researcher, and journalist who has written extensively on extraterrestrial contact, secret space programs, the Reptilian agenda, and the hidden history of humanity's relationship with non-human intelligences. He is best known for three books: The Secret History of Extraterrestrials (2010), Secret Journey to Planet Serpo (2013), and Alien World Order (2017). He wrote regularly for Atlantis Rising magazine, one of the longest-running print journals covering alternative science, sacred geometry, and anomalous history. Kasten's work is notable for synthesising multiple lines of suppressed research — including contactee testimony, leaked government documents, and whistleblower accounts — into coherent historical narratives about non-human involvement in human affairs.

The Secret History of Extraterrestrials (2010)
The first book presents a comprehensive survey of the extraterrestrial presence on Earth as documented through classified government records, contactee accounts, and alternative research. The work traces the history of alien contact from ancient times through the modern era, arguing that successive human civilisations have been shaped, guided, and in some periods controlled by non-human intelligences. The work draws on the traditions of Zecharia Sitchin's Anunnaki research, the early contactee movement of the 1950s, and more recent whistleblower testimony to construct a chronology of ET involvement stretching back thousands of years. The book pays particular attention to post-Roswell US government interactions with alien entities, including the alleged Eisenhower meetings of 1954 and the early treaty negotiations documented in classified programmes such as Project Aquarius.
Secret Journey to Planet Serpo (2013)
This is the most detailed investigation of Project Serpo — the alleged classified exchange programme in which twelve US military personnel travelled to the Zeta Reticuli home world of the Eben species and lived there for approximately thirteen years before returning to Earth. The project is claimed to have been initiated after communication was established with Zeta Reticuli entities following the survival of one alien — designated EBE (Extraterrestrial Biological Entity) — from a craft that crashed in New Mexico in late 1949. According to the purported Project Aquarius TS/ORCON briefing document, this surviving alien provided foundational intelligence about the Zeta Reticuli star system and assisted in the development of primitive communication protocols that ultimately made the exchange programme possible.
The Project Serpo story entered the public domain in 2005 when an anonymous source using the identifier "Request Anonymous" — later identified by some researchers as a retired Defense Intelligence Agency employee — began posting information to UFO discussion lists. The posts described the full arc of the programme: the initial contact with EBE, the development of an exchange agreement, the selection and preparation of twelve military volunteers, their departure in 1965, their thirteen-year residence on the Eben home world (named Serpo), the death of two team members on-planet, and the return of the remaining ten to Earth. The book treats these posts as genuine leaked material and adds layers of corroborating research from contactee literature, government documents, and independent investigative journalism.
Project Serpo has been described in a documentary produced by the Mediatime Network as "an unthinkable interplanetary exchange program" initiated as a consequence of the Roswell crash and the subsequent recovery of living alien technology. The Project Aquarius document lists Project Sigma — the alien communication programme — as a sub-project of Aquarius, and notes that on April 25, 1964, a USAF intelligence officer met two aliens at a pre-arranged location in the New Mexico desert for a contact lasting approximately three hours. The Serpo exchange is situated within this larger programme of engineered contact.
Alien World Order (2017)
The third book expands the frame to the "alien world order" — the claim that a negative extraterrestrial faction, primarily the Reptilian / Draco reptilians species associated with Alpha Draconis and their allies the Draco empire, have systematically infiltrated human institutions — financial systems, governments, military establishments, media, and intelligence agencies — to prevent humanity from achieving the technological and social independence that would allow it to resist alien domination. This thesis draws on the David Icke tradition of Reptilian infiltration analysis, on the Alex Collier Andromedan contactee material, on testimony from military insiders such as Phil Schneider (who described violent underground conflicts with reptilian beings at Dulce Base), and on the Elena Danaan / Michael Salla framework of the Alliance of the Six and its operations against Earth.
The book argues that the Dark Fleet — a human-crewed military space programme operating since the 1940s under the umbrella of what some researchers call the IVth Reich — functions as the terrestrial enforcement arm of the alien world order, maintaining the power structures that keep the alien agenda in place while ordinary governments and militaries remain uninformed or deliberately kept in the dark.
Atlantis Rising contributions
For many years Regular contributions appeared in Atlantis Rising magazine, founded by J. Douglas Kenyon, which covered topics ranging from alternative archaeology and Egyptology to alternative physics, suppressed technology, and extraterrestrial history. These contributions brought the more sensitive disclosure-oriented research — including his Serpo and Reptilian material — to an audience that overlapped with the ancient history community, drawing connections between the ancient astronaut tradition (Anunnaki involvement in early human civilisation) and the contemporary alien presence research (ongoing Reptilian and Grey control operations). Atlantis Rising was one of the few mainstream-adjacent print publications that consistently treated these subjects as legitimate areas of investigation rather than entertainment or pathology.

The documentary record includes the purported Project Aquarius TS/ORCON briefing document, which describes sixteen volumes of UFO and alien contact information collected since the beginning of the US investigation programme. The document — which researcher William "Bill" Moore claimed to have obtained from insider sources in 1980 — lists among the programme's sub-projects:
- Project Sigma (communication with aliens; primitive contact in 1959, face-to-face meeting in New Mexico on April 25, 1964)
- Project Snowbird (test-flying a recovered alien aircraft in Nevada)
- Project Pounce (evaluation of alien space technology; operated by NASA and USAF)
- Project Bando (medical study of the surviving alien EBE and recovered alien bodies; terminated 1974)
The document also notes that MJ-12 determined aliens had an extraordinary interest in human nuclear weapons: "Aliens have been extremely interested in our nuclear weapons and nuclear research. Many reported military sightings and incidents occur over nuclear weapons bases." This provides context for the pattern of SAC-base UFO overflights that Robert Hastings documented, and for the Rendlesham Forest incident in which objects targeted a nuclear storage area.
The document additionally states that EBE informed his interrogators that approximately 5,000 years ago his ancestors visited Earth, and that 2,000 years ago they "planted a human creature on Earth to assist the inhabitants of Earth in developing a civilization" — information described in the briefing as so potentially destabilising that MJ-12 considered it could "cause a worldwide religious panic." These revelations serve as confirmation of the ancient intervention narrative that runs through all three of his books.
