In this meaning, the word Galactics is used e.g. for humans who remember life-times as an extraterrestrial entity, be it humanoid or non-humanoid, physical or non-physical. Some of these Galactics actually are aliens who chose to incarnate on earth, to experience a human lifetime. Part of them do this to assist humanity on its path to Ascension. They are usually referred to as Starseeds.
