Secret space program

“Secret space program” refers to numerous distinct alleged space-faring military and paramilitary organizations with operational integration of exotic technology associated with clandestine government programs, breakaway societies, and sometimes non-terrestrial civilizations. The term is often considered to also encompass alleged elements of the Nazi German space program and that of the alleged subsequent breakaway civilization. In the alleged terrestrial secret space programs, personnel are supposedly based on Earth, in spacecraft, and/or other celestial bodies. Since the 1980s, dozens of people have claimed to have participated in various alleged secret space programs, often describing interplanetary, interdimensional, and astral activities, including “20 and back” service, facilitated by alleged exotic biomedical, psychotronic, time-manipulation, and energy-production technologies. Certain intellectual property associated with “secret space program”, “twenty and back” and other terms was popularized by and trademarked by Corey Goode when he was on Gaia TV. The narrative is widely classified as a UFO conspiracy theory. The story's broader cultural framing in modern UFO disclosure circles is widely traced by skeptics to the 1977 British satirical television programme Alternative 3, originally an April Fools' broadcast that became foundational to the SSP literature. Multiple distinct programs allegedly operate simultaneously — including Solar Warden, the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate, the Dark Fleet, and the Global Galactic League of Nations — with different command structures, sponsors, and reported levels of contact with non-human intelligent beings. The programs have been described as having arisen from post-World War II arrangements between the US military-industrial complex and the German breakaway civilization that allegedly established itself in Antarctica, and/or having been facilitated by agreements with interstellar civilizations. Alleged secret space programs and/or their broader command structures allegedly maintain alliances with representatives of extraterrestrial organizations like the Galactic Federation of Worlds and the Draco Empire.

Secret space programs

• Solar Warden — allegedly the oldest US-controlled program, reportedly operating a fleet of eight spacefaring carrier groups in near-Earth and heliospheric space, referenced in Gary McKinnon's 2002 intrusion into US Navy servers — in which he reportedly found references to "non-terrestrial officers" and fleet-to-fleet transfer logs — and described in Corey Goode's SSP Alliance testimony.
• Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) — an alleged corporate-run program purportedly providing industrial infrastructure and manufacturing across multiple solar system bodies, reportedly operating in parallel with but distinct from the military Solar Warden fleet.
• Dark Fleet (Nachtwaffen) — a fleet allegedly originating in post-World War II continuation of German aerospace programs, reportedly allied with Draco reptilians forces, and purportedly maintaining operations from Antarctica until 2021.
• Lunar Operations Command — an alleged joint-access lunar installation described by multiple witnesses including Tony Rodrigues and Corey Goode.
• Global Galactic League of Nations (GGLN) — a purported multinational program allegedly created to give smaller nations a stake in space exploration, ostensibly tasked with monitoring potential alien threats from a base reportedly orbiting a gas giant, per Goode.
• SSP Alliance — a purported dissident faction within the SSP complex that allegedly broke from the established command structure to pursue disclosure and reform.
• Secret space program — an alleged US Air Force–controlled program reportedly operating triangular surveillance platforms, distinct from the Navy-originated Solar Warden fleet.
• Chinese secret space program (known in some accounts as "Rise of the Red Dragon") — an alleged national program with purportedly independent spacecraft development and territorial ambitions, particularly in Antarctica.
• Russian secret space program (referred to as the "Enigmatic Psi Corps" in some sources) — an alleged Soviet- and later Russian-controlled program reportedly emphasizing psionic warfare and independent deep-space operations.
• French Secret Space Program and other national programs allegedly operating with varying degrees of independence from the US-dominated SSP infrastructure.
• United Nations Secret Space Program — a purported multilateral program with limited scope.
• National Reconnaissance Office, Defense Intelligence Agency, and Naval Intelligence programs allegedly operating in lower space and managing non-human liaison functions.

Historical origins

According to multiple insider accounts, the SSP complex traces to two converging lineages in the 1940s. Early roots are linked to alleged Nazi antigravity projects such as the Haunebu and Die Glocke craft. The first lineage is the American black-budget aerospace development path, rooted in Operation Paperclip scientists integrated into US military-industrial programs and subsequently fed by reverse-engineered non-human craft recovered after the 1947 Roswell incident and other UFO crash retrievals. The second is the German post-war continuation, in which the Vril Society and SS Technical Branch evacuated advanced disc-craft prototypes, tens of thousands of slave laborers, and approximately six thousand scientists to New Swabia in Antarctica, where construction of the "Dritte Macht" (Third Power) continued under strict secrecy from 1945 onward. The two lineages allegedly merged through a post-war agreement between the German Antarctic faction and the US military-industrial complex, with planning reportedly documented as early as August 10, 1944, at Strasbourg's Hotel Rotes Haus.

Early naval spacecraft carrier development

According to William Tompkins, the foundational designs for what would become modern SSP fleet architecture originated within Douglas Aircraft Company's Advanced Design section during the 1950s under Nordic extraterrestrial guidance. Tompkins described being tasked to design "Naval spacecraft carriers" based on "Alien Threat File Number 44022," with two primary configurations: 'T' configuration measuring 1.5 kilometers in length and 'J' configuration at 1.0 kilometers. These designs allegedly utilized Dr. Klemperer's electromagnetic propulsion concepts and were intended for interstellar exploration missions, including planned expeditions to Alpha Centauri.

The spacecraft carrier program was allegedly coordinated with NOVA heavy-lift vehicle development and Apollo lunar base programs, with Tompkins describing the Moon base as a staging area for deeper space operations: "We are planning with NOVA and Apollo to go to our Moon and build large Naval bases and research centers there. And we are planning to explore other planets and their moons in our one Solar System." According to Tompkins, these early designs formed the conceptual foundation for what researchers now identify as the Solar Warden program, with his role as a "preferred human contactee" providing access to advanced design concepts through Nordic telepathic guidance.

The non-human alliances allegedly underpinning the German program — principally the Draco reptilians and affiliated Orion Group species — reportedly provided technological assistance in exchange for access to human genetic material and territorial concessions, arrangements later formalized on the American side through the Greada Treaty of 1954 and managed by Majestic 12.

A 1986 National Journal investigation reported an undisclosed Pentagon budget surge to more than US$22 billion for fiscal 1987, allegedly underwriting early ship construction and deep-space propulsion research. Legal cover was provided by special-access rules codified in 50 U.S.C. § 3348, permitting year-on-year secrecy waivers for sensitive programmes.

The financial mechanism for the US side of this was documented by Catherine Austin Fitts, former US Assistant Secretary of Housing, who found approximately $21 trillion in undocumented federal adjustments as of 2015, which she attributed to black-budget technology and infrastructure investment: "whether it's building a new governance system and a new endowment to run it or invisible weaponry, secret weaponry, secret space program, the infrastructure underground — I think it's all those things." The legal mechanism identified by Fitts is the corporate veil: classified technology developed with public funds is transferred into major aerospace contractors, placed behind FOIA-exempt corporate structures, and operated outside congressional oversight.

Propulsion and technology

Core SSP platforms allegedly employ field-propulsion reactors that nullify inertial mass via high-frequency electromagnetic cavities, a design echoed in U.S. patent US10144532B2 ("Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device"), filed by a Navy researcher. The SSP is further said to harness zero-point energy and advanced directed energy weapons derived from reverse-engineered non-human craft.

The Two Space Programs hypothesis

In SS Brotherhood of the Bell (2006), Joseph P. Farrell catalogued seven distinct versions of what he termed the "Two Space Programs Hypothesis" — the idea that public space programs conceal a covert counterpart with vastly superior technology:

Farrell concluded that only one entity possessed all seven requisite characteristics — adequate financial power, an international base spanning both Cold War blocs, penetration of space programs, commitment to off-books technology, occult knowledge, ideological commitment to space exploitation, and willingness to use lethal force — and that entity was the post-war "Nazi International."

Relationship to visible programs

The SSP complex maintains a layered relationship with visible national space programs. NASA and its contractors serve both as a public face for non-sensitive activity and as a recruitment and cover pipeline for classified work: individuals moving from NASA programs into black-budget programs retain their NASA affiliations as cover identity. Reagan's 1985 diary reference to a "shuttle capacity" sufficient to "orbit 300 people" — far exceeding any NASA shuttle's 8-person maximum — is cited by researchers as documentary evidence that a parallel fleet operated under NASA administrative cover. The 2019 creation of the United States Space Force is widely interpreted in SSP research as a partial public disclosure — a step toward acknowledging infrastructure that already exists in classified form.

Witness testimony

Among the most extensively documented SSP service accounts are those of Corey Goode (SSP Alliance, 20-and-back, multiple programs); Tony Rodrigues (who claims 13 years on Ceres with the Dark Fleet merchant marine); Michael Relfe (who describes a 20-year Mars assignment, documented in The Mars Records); Jean-Charles Moyen (French SSP 20-and-back, with purported independent corroboration by David Rousseau); Randy Cramer (Mars Defense Force); and JP, a current US military contact who reports ongoing craft observations at alleged joint military–non-human facilities including space arks. Alleged cross-witness corroboration between multiple independent SSP accounts purportedly documents the same bases, personnel, and command structures without prior contact.

Cross-program command structures

The various SSPs allegedly maintained distinct command hierarchies but reportedly operated within shared physical infrastructure. The Lunar Operations Command (LOC) purportedly served as a hub controlling airspace corridors and flight paths for multiple programs simultaneously — including Solar Warden, the ICC, and Dark Fleet vessels — until an alleged lockdown following the reported assassination of SSP Alliance officer Sigmund on LOC premises.

The Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate provided manufacturing and trade infrastructure used by multiple SSP factions and off-world civilizations. Mark Domizio, who served on Mars and was stationed at an underground facility on Diego Garcia, described contracts that crossed SSP lines: "They did contracts for lots of groups, ICC, pretty much anybody who hired them. And Mars. And they would do stuff for Dark Fleet, they would do stuff for Solar Warden, whoever hired them."

Post-liberation transition (2021–)

According to multiple insider accounts, following the Jupiter Accords of July 2021, the alleged liberation of the Moon, the liberation of Mars, and the purported clearance of Ceres and major underground bases, the Earth Alliance reportedly assumed management of former SSP infrastructure. The Dark Fleet's Antarctic bases were purportedly transferred to the Earth Alliance via China; the ICC was reportedly repurposed to manufacture interstellar craft for the Alliance rather than for the former Deep State power structure. According to Thor Han Eredyon as relayed through Elena Danaan, coercive 20-and-back programs were reportedly terminated: "The programs of space combat have been terminated in the Earth Alliance. No one is taken in these programs against their free will."

Mainstream reception

Within mainstream UFO/conspiracy-theory journalism, the SSP narrative is treated as a UFO conspiracy theory. Jeffrey B. Webb's Conspiracies and Conspiracy Theories in American History classifies it among the urban legends of late-20th and early-21st century US conspiracy culture and traces its modern formulation through Corey Goode's claims and the Cosmic Disclosure streaming series produced with David Wilcock. Goode's claims and his trademark ownership of the terms "Secret Space Program" and "20 and Back" have been the subject of extensive litigation reporting in The Daily Beast, Vice, and on legal-industry blogs covering deposition conduct in the underlying lawsuits. Longreads and the Washington Spectator have respectively used the SSP narrative as a case study in the political dynamics of UFO discourse and in how the United States Department of Defense has responded to disclosure-adjacent claims.
