1. In Roman mythology, Saturn, or Saturnus, was the name of one of the 12 titans. He was the father of Jupiter/Zeus. His Greek name was Chronos. See 'Zeus' for more information.

2. In astronomy, Saturn is the name given to the sixth planet of our solar system. It is famous for its rings.
