Exotic technology development program
Various terrestrial human entities have undertaken serious organized efforts to develop exotic technology, which is sometimes defined as technology that transcends publicly confirmed physical understanding, typically based on unconfirmed physical principles that are not easily amenable to empirical investigation due to being based on unobtainable or tightly controlled (alleged) exotic materials and/or cost, safety, or other reasons. The efforts were in the form of development programs for exotic technology like electrogravitics propulsion. Several of the development programs were allegedly to some degree successful from a technical standpoint, lucrative, and/or strategically important in exopolitics and international relations.
These have allegedly included non government groups the Thule Society in early 20th century Germany, entities officially within German and U.S. government agencies, corporations paid by the U.S. government, entities in Russia and China.
